杭州时代·天境坐落于杭州市闲林镇，山、湖、城连成一片，以低密度的人居建筑，为都市菁英构建城居自然的美好生活形态。其售楼体验中心的室内设计由 ENJOYDESIGN 倾力担纲。

面对市面上愈来愈同质化、对社区未来建设无益的售楼中心设计，ENJOYDESIGN 积极反思，尝试颠覆传统设计思维，引入“去售楼处化”的概念，将空间形式打造成以艺术展览为主，而售楼性质为隐藏功能的体验空间。

ENJOYDESIGN 以解构主义的设计手法，融合当代的极简语汇，在建筑里注入具有丰赡精神内蕴的人文艺术，营建一个具有表现力和视觉性的美学空间，以其细腻而新奇的互动体验，给予人们触摸艺术表征、感知人文内蕴的可能。

 

Hangzhou times · Tianjing is located in Xianlin Town, Hangzhou, with mountains, lakes and cities connected. With low-density residential buildings, it constructs a beautiful life form of urban residence and nature for urban elites. Enjoydesign is responsible for the interior design of its sales experience center.

In the face of the increasingly homogeneous sales center design in the market, which is not beneficial to the future construction of the community, enjoydesign actively reflects, tries to subvert the traditional design thinking, introduces the concept of "going to the sales office", and makes the space form into an experience space dominated by art exhibitions and the nature of the sales building is a hidden function.

 

Enjoydesign adopts deconstructive design techniques, integrates contemporary minimalist vocabulary, injects humanistic art with rich spiritual connotation into the architecture, builds an expressive and visual aesthetic space, and gives people the possibility to touch artistic representation and perceive humanistic connotation with its exquisite and novel interactive experience.

 

接待区，Reception Area

 

 

设计整体在“解构·重构”的过程中，将室内天花、墙体、隔断等构件进行重组，富有建筑感的异形结构以相互错位、嵌套的有机形式呈现，这种体块化又碎片化语言使得空间在精神上愈显崇高、在视觉上愈显整体，以极强的冲击力，触动着人的感官。

接待区以纯色为空间基调，在自然光线的引导下，设计加以多处氛围灯光营造，给予人丰富的审美期待。迎面可见一个方形边框的水波装置，吸引着人们的视线转移，而随着探入空间深处会产生视觉上的效果变幻，观者才可缓缓发现其间的乾坤所在，装置在视觉上营造的虚构感与艺术美，为深长而单一的通道空间增添趣味性。

 

In the process of "Deconstruction and reconstruction", the interior ceiling, wall, partition and other components are reorganized. The special-shaped structure with architectural sense is presented in the organic form of mutual dislocation and nesting. This block and fragmented language makes the space more noble in spirit and more integral in vision, and touches people's senses with strong impact.

 

The reception area takes solid color as the space tone, and under the guidance of natural light, the design is designed to create multiple atmosphere lights, giving people rich aesthetic expectations. A water wave device with a square frame can be seen in the front, which attracts people's attention. With the exploration into the depth of the space, it will produce visual effects and changes, and the viewer can slowly find the universe in it. The visual sense of fiction and artistic beauty created by the device add interest to the deep and single channel space.

 

品牌展示区，Brand Exhibition Area

 

 

 

 

 

 

品牌展示区充分地利用过道空间，使人在行走的过程中不仅能感受艺术品的美学，也能一览时代地产在杭州的一步一履。墙上的艺术装置是艺术家 Wanda Stolle 的作品，在灯光的反射下，作品在抽象与表现、隐藏与揭示、运动与静止之间取得了平衡，捕捉诗意的美学，为空间增彩。

 

The brand exhibition area makes full use of the aisle space, so that people can not only feel the aesthetics of works of art, but also see the step-by-step performance of times real estate in Hangzhou. The artistic installation on the wall is the work of artist Wanda Stolle. Under the reflection of light, the work has achieved a balance between abstraction and expression, hiding and disclosure, movement and stillness, capturing poetic aesthetics and adding color to the space.

开阔天窗与落地窗的围合，尽可能地纳入更多光线，令这里保持明朗清旷的视野。清晨、午后、傍晚等不同时间、不同角度洒落的每束光影，都令空间极具生命力，自然与艺术在此间也得以相生融合。

 

The enclosure of open skylight and floor to ceiling window can bring in more light as much as possible, so as to maintain a clear and clear vision here. Every beam of light and shadow scattered at different times and angles in the morning, afternoon and evening makes the space full of vitality, and nature and art can also be integrated here.

 

 

 

 

 

 

设计在墙面线条、材质的处理，起到视觉上灵活过渡场域的作用。空间中的沙盘、落地灯具等装置部品，均以极致简洁的几何造型弱化其存在感，令空间在相对幽暗的环境中显得更为宏大而神秘。

 

The design plays the role of visual flexible transition field in the treatment of wall lines and materials. The sand table, floor lamps and other device parts in the space weaken their sense of existence with extremely simple geometric modeling, making the space more grand and mysterious in a relatively dark environment.

皮革沙发、单椅等家具选用质感上乘的 Pininfarina、Minotti 品牌，咖色、雅白与绅士灰的色调组合铺陈出空间的摩登高雅的气质。嵌合在天花板中空的圆球装置，通过“挑空”的建筑语汇，灵活表达“飘浮”的意境美感，其戏剧化的造型为空间增添变奏的艺术曲调。

 

Leather sofa, single chair and other furniture are made of Pininfarina and Minotti brands with high texture, and the color combination of coffee, elegant white and gentleman gray shows the modern and elegant temperament of the space. The hollow ball device embedded in the ceiling flexibly expresses the artistic conception and beauty of "floating" through the architectural vocabulary of "empty", and its dramatic shape adds a variety of artistic tunes to the space.

 

儿童区，kid’s Area

 

 

 

 

设计师在概念中选用了色块与几何的经典元素，在大空间与小世界的比例尺度内营造玩乐场景，予以空间丰富的变奏。在线性切分下，明朗黄与气质灰构设出立体的空间轮廓，搭配玲珑小巧、奇趣可爱的摆件，构筑出一个真实而好玩的乐园。

ENJOYDESIGN 在打破中重组，令空间在多种符号与线条的对话与指代中，在人文艺术与当代设计语素的融构与象征中，产生新尚高雅的生活美学，也为场所中的人与物增加一份精神感知。

 

The designer selects the classic elements of color block and geometry in the concept, creates a play scene in the scale of large space and small world, and gives rich variations in space. Under the linear segmentation, bright yellow and temperament gray construct a three-dimensional spatial outline, combined with exquisite, small, interesting and lovely ornaments to build a real and fun paradise.

 

Enjoydesign is reorganized in the process of breaking, making space produce a new and elegant life aesthetics in the dialogue and reference of various symbols and lines, and in the fusion and symbol of humanistic art and contemporary design morphemes, and also adding a spiritual perception to people and things in the place.
