可乐宅项目本身位于奥克斯上海浦东总部基地工业园内，独特的“中央公园”式的规划模式使得建筑本身拥有了得天独厚的景观优势——可乐宅不仅位于中央绿地的核心位置，而且规划景观中的主水系在这里曲折而过，其位于100多米长的荷花池尽头，南侧又紧邻下沉式绿地广场；但位于公共绿地的中央位置也使得建筑自身的态度必须具有一些微妙的平衡感，那就是允许建筑在大尺度的贴近景观和保护自身私密性之间进行切换，以满足自身的独立。建筑表皮，在这里被决定为一种开启/封闭的双重模式。

The cola house project itself is located in the industrial park of oaks Shanghai Pudong headquarters base. The unique "Central Park" planning mode makes the building itself have unique landscape advantages - the cola house is not only located at the core of the central green space, but also the main water system in the planning landscape twists and turns here. It is located at the end of the lotus pond more than 100 meters long, and close to the sunken green space square in the South; However, the central position of the public green space also makes the attitude of the building itself must have some subtle balance, that is to allow the building to switch between large-scale close to the landscape and protecting its own privacy, so as to meet its own independence. The building skin is determined as an open / closed dual mode here.

可乐宅实现的是一种低成本和低技的生态实践，日常对易拉罐的回收再利用的模式演化成直接再利用的模式，进一步的节省了回收过程中可能会出现的能源消耗；可开启的双层表皮既是遮阳的重要部件，同时又与水池结合形成可通风降温的双层表皮；屋顶部分设置太阳能热水系统实现了建筑的热水供应；墙体中埋置通水管实现了建筑夏季的降温与冬季的采暖需要；同时通过空间布置设置集中风井，以实现整体建筑的通风效果。

The daily recycling mode of cans has evolved into a direct recycling mode, further saving the energy consumption that may occur in the recycling process; The openable double skin is not only an important part of shading, but also combined with the pool to form a double skin that can be ventilated and cooled; The solar hot water system is set on the roof to realize the hot water supply of the building; The water pipe embedded in the wall realizes the cooling of the building in summer and the heating needs in winter; At the same time, the centralized air shaft is set through the spatial layout to achieve the ventilation effect of the overall building.
