元国际大厦工程位于南京市江宁区双龙大道以东，西门子路以北，美丽的百家湖湖畔。工程用地面积10532.1m2，总建筑面积76557.5平方米（地上47394.19平方米，地下29163.31平方米），框架剪力墙结构，地下4层（基坑挖深21.6m，主楼核芯筒部位基坑深度达27米），地上裙楼6层，主楼23层，主楼屋面高度99.7米。

Yuan international building project is located in the east of Shuanglong Avenue and the north of Siemens Road, Jiangning District, Nanjing, by the beautiful Baijia lake. The project covers an area of 10532.1m2, with a total construction area of 76557.5 square meters (47394.19 square meters above the ground and 29163.31 square meters underground). It is a frame shear wall structure, with 4 floors underground (the excavation depth of the foundation pit is 21.6m, and the depth of the foundation pit at the core tube of the main building is 27 meters). There are 6 floors of the above ground podium building, 23 floors of the main building, and the roof height of the main building is 99.7 meters.
