本规划区位于重庆市南川区大观镇，属于重庆南川中国生态大观园景区。基地北侧临近黎香湖大道，西邻兴星街。规划总面积为7.35公顷。萌宠小镇总建筑面积：2768.55平方米；树屋体验区总建筑面积：517.7平方米；马术公园总建筑面积：970平米；萌宠部落总建筑面积：898平方米；占地面积4131.73平米；建筑密度5.62%。小镇区主要建筑高度遵循传统的地区风貌为一层结构，其中一层沿街商铺不高于4米，两层楼控制在11米内（局部屋顶造型略有突破），个别特色建筑如马驹城堡，主体结构控制在15米内，局部屋顶造型控制在30米。
