中国国际贸易中心第三期(China World Trade Center Tower 3)简称北京国贸三期，曾是北京的最高建筑。其位于北京商务中心区，2007年建成，高330米，80层，由国贸中心和郭氏兄弟集团联合投资建设。其与国贸一期、国贸二期一起构成110万平方米的建筑群，是今日全球最大的国际贸易中心。

2014年4月中国当代十大建筑评审委员会从中国1000多座地标建筑中，综合年代、规模、艺术性和影响力四项指标，初评出二十个建筑。最终由此产生十大当代建筑。北京国贸三期写字楼为初评入围建筑之一。

China World Trade Center Tower 3, or Beijing International Trade III, was once the tallest building in Beijing. Located in the central business district of Beijing, it was built in 2007. It is 330 meters high and 80 stories high. It was jointly invested by China International Trade Center and Guo Brothers Group. Together with Phase I and Phase II of International Trade, it is the largest international trade center in the world today with an area of 1.1 million square meters.

In April 2014, the Evaluation Committee of China's Top Ten Contemporary Architecture selected 20 buildings from more than 1,000 landmark buildings in China based on four indexes of age, scale, artistry and influence. The result is ten contemporary buildings. Beijing International Trade Phase III office building is one of the shortlisted buildings.

国贸三期位于东三环与建国门外大街立交桥的西北角，地处北京商务中心区的核心区域，工程总建筑面积54万平方米，共分两个阶段进行施工，正在建设的是三期A阶段工程，建筑面积约为30万平方米。相当于一期和二期总和的国贸三期，下一阶段将转入幕墙工程、机电工程和装修工程，2009年中三期工程将全部竣工。国贸三期由中建一局发展建设公司承建。

World Trade Phase III is located in the northwest corner of the East Third Ring Road and Jianguomenwai Street overpass, which is located in the core area of the central business district of Beijing. The project covers A total construction area of 540,000 square meters. The construction is divided into two phases. The third phase of International Trade, which is equivalent to the sum of the first and second phases, will be transferred to curtain wall engineering, mechanical and electrical engineering and decoration engineering. The third phase will be completed in mid-2009. China International Trade Phase III will be built by China Construction First Development and Construction Company.

中国国际贸易中心三期工程建设规模为54万平方米，分两个阶段实施;第一阶段建筑规模为28万平方米，主塔楼建筑高度为300米，第二阶段工程将根据市场情况择期实施。国贸三期第一阶段工程将新建一座集写字楼和超五星级饭店为一体的主塔楼、一座可同时容纳1600人的大宴会厅、现代化商城、电影院及地下停车场等。

China International Trade Center Phase III will cover 540,000 square meters and will be implemented in two phases. The scale of the first phase is 280,000 square meters, and the height of the main tower is 300 meters. The second phase will be implemented according to market conditions. The first phase of the third phase of the International Trade project will build a new main tower that integrates office buildings and five-star hotels, a grand ballroom that can accommodate 1600 people at the same time, a modern mall, a movie theater and underground parking lot.

As the tallest building in Beijing, the third phase of the World Trade Center embodies the efforts and wisdom of the owner, the designer and the construction organizer. In order to ensure the quality of the building, the World Trade Center carefully selects the cooperation team. SOM in the United States, Wang Dong WITL International in Hong Kong, and Oyana OAP as structural consultant. The joint construction of so many companies is to build it into a super Grade A office building. The designer uses innovative design ideas, cleverly combines the world's latest architectural trends with the existing buildings of the International Trade Center organically, and successfully designs a new comprehensive architectural system, creating an unforgettable landmark building.

作为北京的标志性建筑，国贸三期工程方的质量管控非常严格，无论是对施工队伍还是建筑材料的评价与选择，全部采用透明的竞标方式来择优录用。国贸三期高楼内所有需要采用墙漆涂装的内墙墙面及地下室全部采用嘉宝莉内墙涂料进行装饰与保护，而整个内墙涂料的竞标过程分为四个阶段:筛选候选品牌、评选出10个品牌参与第二次竞标、从中再评选出5个品牌参加最后竞标、最终确定1个中标品牌。每个阶段的评选标准、方法与程序都坚持统一、公开、透明的原则，无论是企业资质、产品性能、涂装工艺、涂装成本、样板效果、样板工程、实地考察、配套服务、团队形象等，都是工程方评价的重要指标。
