云台古镇，由荣盛发展旗下荣盛康旅，全新打造的以地域文化、民俗文化和乡愁情怀为基础，融入现代生活设施，依托不同生态主题景观的文化旅游综合体。

Yuntai Ancient Town is a cultural tourism complex built by Rongsheng Kanglv, a subsidiary of Rongsheng Development, based on regional culture, folk culture, and nostalgia, integrating modern living facilities and relying on different ecological themed landscapes.

云台古镇，位于修武县宁城大道与峰林大道东南（郑焦城铁修武西站东南），距离云台山景区27公里，总占地约700亩，项目周边基础设施配套齐全，自然环境优越，交通便利，地块平整。

Yuntai Ancient Town is located southeast of Ningcheng Avenue and Fenglin Avenue in Xiuwu County (southeast of Xiuwu West Station of Zhengzhou Jiaocheng Railway), 27 kilometers away from Yuntai Mountain Scenic Area, covering a total area of about 700 acres. The surrounding infrastructure of the project is complete, the natural environment is superior, transportation is convenient, and the land is flat.

Project Overview

The project takes the cultural heritage of the Tang Dynasty in the Central Plains, the martial arts culture of the Gannian era as the soul, and the architectural space of the ancient town as the carrier. It blends ancient and modern, mountains and water, art and technology, romance and legend, and provides a panoramic, immersive, and one-stop experience of the prosperous Tang culture, interpreting the historical life picture of the fusion of ancient and modern.

项目以古文文化和韩愈文化为主题，打造集吃、住、行、游、购、娱于一体的文化旅游综合体。涵盖旅游接待、特色餐饮、购物休闲、民俗体验、亲子游乐、禅修养生、创客基地、主题演绎等多重功能休闲度假后花园。

The project focuses on ancient Chinese culture and Han Yu culture, creating a cultural tourism complex that integrates food, housing, transportation, tourism, shopping, and entertainment. Covering multiple functions such as tourism reception, specialty catering, shopping and leisure, folk experience, parent-child entertainment, meditation and health preservation, maker base, theme interpretation, etc., leisure and vacation backyard.

外观上采用能体现项目定位的花岗岩、铝板、高透玻璃，防腐木，塑木，质感高级涂料等生态环保材质以不同的组合方式应对各部分的功能需求，在空间层次上通过平面的凹凸变化、退台处理、架空连廊以及屋顶高低错落营造良好天际线，同时让每个房间更好的与景观环境接触。

In terms of appearance, eco-friendly materials such as granite, aluminum plate, high transparency glass, anti-corrosion wood, plastic wood, and high-quality paint that can reflect the project positioning are used to meet the functional needs of each part in different combinations. At the spatial level, a good skyline is created through concavoconvex changes in the plane, retreating treatment, elevated corridors, and staggered roof heights, while allowing each room to better contact the landscape environment.
