How can the living space of standard production meet the spiritual demands of the new era? The original residential structure system contains only one load-bearing wall, which makes the expression of architects full of possibilities. Through renovation, Yicheng architecture has re linked the subtle relationship between space, life and spirit, making the old house glow with new values.

空间意境:

住宅因建筑体量的原因，天生呈现出V字布局，于是设计师希望依托原始的V字布局，利用墙体的转折，创造出一种：一个空间从另一个空间生长出来的奇妙体验，而这种空间的体验会带给人平和与宁静。在本案的设计中，灯光也是重要的考虑因素，设计师结合智能控光，重新定义了起居、亲朋聚餐、休息沐浴等不同场景的体验感受，让光线在空间中给与烘托。设计师希望空间能让使用者体会到生活的本质，从而释放出工作和生活中的琐碎烦恼，于是使用了清水混凝土、黑色钢板、木质家具、白色涂料等质朴的材料，形成了空间互相渗透的不同组合方式，将公共空间在视觉上进行开放和延续。

Space artistic conception:

Due to the volume of the building, the house naturally presents a V-shaped layout. Therefore, the designer hopes to rely on the original V-shaped layout and make use of the turning point of the wall to create a wonderful experience: one space grows from another space, and the experience of this space will bring peace and tranquility to people. In the design of this case, lighting is also an important consideration. Combined with intelligent light control, the designer redefined the experience of different scenes such as living, family and friends' dinner, rest and bath, so that the light can be set off in the space. The designer hopes that the space can let users experience the essence of life, so as to release the trivial troubles in work and life. Therefore, plain concrete, black steel plate, wooden furniture, white paint and other simple materials are used to form different combinations of space infiltration, opening and continuing the public space visually.

空间布局:

住宅的平面布局为“钻石”户型，富于变化的斜角与转折空间曾一度流行于市场。时境过迁，当这种布局需要容纳更为现代的生活时，便产生了冲突。主入口的视线可直达休息区的过道，因此心理动线会把大厅划分成不稳定的三角空间，使用者难以产生聚焦感与停留感，大厅局促的面积让这些弊端更为明显。于是，我们移动隔墙协调客厅与餐厅的面宽，生成匀质的空间，使转折变得舒适连贯。接着我们延长隔墙的斜边设置小间储藏室，阻断了原本贯通的视线。经过一系列的设计动作，我们重构空间的边界，让空间的整体感塑造出安定的心理场域。同时，斜面的转承搭建出住宅空间的层级结构。大厅隔墙的延长面暗示出一个具有方向性的梯形小空间，同时这里也顺承着休息区走廊空间的转折，两个体系相互交织，诠释出空间的暧昧与诗性。使用者在此经过，不仅感受到空间结构层级的过渡，也完成了精神紧张与松弛的转换。

Space layout:

The flat layout of the residence is a "diamond" house type, and the variable oblique angle and turning space were once popular in the market. Time has changed. When this layout needs to accommodate a more modern life, conflicts arise. The line of sight of the main entrance can directly reach the aisle of the rest area. Therefore, the psychological dynamic line will divide the hall into unstable triangular spaces, which makes it difficult for users to have a sense of focus and stay. The cramped area of the hall makes these disadvantages more obvious. Therefore, we moved the partition wall to coordinate the face width of the living room and the dining room, generating a homogeneous space, making the transition comfortable and coherent. Then we extended the sloping edge of the partition wall to set up a small storage room, blocking the original line of sight. After a series of design actions, we reconstruct the boundary of the space and let the overall feeling of the space create a stable psychological field. At the same time, the inheritance of the slope builds the hierarchical structure of the residential space. The extended surface of the hall partition wall implies a directional trapezoidal small space. At the same time, it also carries the turning point of the corridor space in the rest area. The two systems are intertwined, interpreting the ambiguity and poetry of the space. Users not only feel the transition of spatial structure level, but also complete the transformation of mental tension and relaxation.

设计选材:

本项目的客厅设计运用了清水混凝土挂板的工艺，和业主诉求相结合，打造冷静、思考的阅读空间。大量的定制设计，使得空间在收纳和展示上，呈现出比较灵活和极简的感受。客厅和卧房的木质柜定制，又中和了灰白色调的冰冷感，起到了点缀和提升气氛的作用。

Design material selection:

The design of the living room of the project uses the technology of fair faced concrete hanging plate, which is combined with the owner's request to create a calm and thinking reading space. A large number of customized designs make the space more flexible and minimalist in storage and display. The custom-made wooden cabinets in the living room and bedroom neutralize the cold feeling of gray and white color, and play a role in decorating and enhancing the atmosphere.

用户体验:

在这个居所中，人与空间、空间与光线、光线与人，相互之间进行着对话，彼此感受着来自宇宙的能量，互相给与支持与依托，它是光的容器、身体的容器、心灵的容器。
