工程采用《公路工程技术标准》JTG B01-2003中的二级公路技术标准建设，设计速度60公里/时，一般路基标准宽度为10米（穿镇路段及大墅连接线路基标准宽度为12米），绿道5米宽路基与公路主线路基一并建设；全线均采用沥青路面；设计轴载：BZZ-100，桥梁设计荷载为公路-II级，桥梁宽度为12.0米，隧道净宽12.0米。其中：大桥1936.48米/9座，中桥189.12米/2座，隧道2座（长隧道1180米、中隧道605米），工程概算投资141204.5万元人民币。

The estimated investment of the project is 141.2045 million yuan.
