引言Introduction
本次项目是为潮流球鞋品牌“极致玩家”SPO（Serious Player Only）打造的球鞋定制化工坊空间。自品牌创立以来，SPO始终将创新作为核心理念，致力于突破传统篮球鞋设计的局限，推出独具风格的产品。同时，品牌也将目光聚焦于高端定制化服务，赋予每双球鞋独特的个性与灵魂。这一理念正是SPO LAB门店设计的核心背景与出发点。
This project involves the creation of a customized sneaker workshop space for the trendy footwear brand “Serious Player Only” (SPO). Since its inception, SPO has upheld innovation as its core philosophy, striving to push the boundaries of traditional basketball shoe design and deliver products with distinctive style. Simultaneously, the brand has focused on high-end customization services, imbuing each pair of sneakers with unique character and soul. This ethos serves as the foundational concept and starting point for the design of the SPO LAB retail space.

项目概况Project Overview
该项目选址于上生新所，是一个集文化、创意办公、商业、餐饮、零售、生活方式于一体的新概念非标城市商业空间。2024年下半年二期开放后，迅速成为上海的热门打卡地。在城市更新的背景下，二期的5栋新建多层建筑采用线条简洁硬朗的包豪斯风格，同时融入了老建筑的独特元素，与一期老建筑共同营造出和谐的公共社交空间及氛围。
Located in Columbia Circle, the project is part of a new-concept urban commercial complex integrating culture, creative offices, retail, dining, and lifestyle offerings. Following the opening of its in late 2024, it quickly became a famous spot on social media in Shanghai. Against the backdrop of urban renewal, the five newly constructed multi-story buildings in Phase II adopt the clean, angular lines of Bauhaus-style building, while incorporating unique elements of historic structures. Together with the preserved buildings of Phase I, they create a harmonious public social space and ambiance.

SPO LAB的初衷是为购买过品牌鞋款的用户提供换底服务的工坊区域，同时也为球鞋个性化定制打造了一个专属空间。黄色作为SPO品牌的主题色，从外到内贯穿了整个展示空间。工坊区域采用回收老榆木包裹，中岛操作台则以黄色为主题色，从外到内形成了一个独特的工坊空间。
SPO LAB was originally conceived as a workshop area offering sole-replacement services for customers who have purchased the brand’s footwear, while also providing a dedicated space for personalized sneaker customization. The brand’s signature yellow theme color permeates the entire space, from exterior to interior. The workshop area is clad in reclaimed elm wood, and the central island workbench echoes the yellow theme, forming a distinctive craftsmanship-oriented environment.

外立面设计Facade Design
为了最大限度地提高项目的昭示性，黄色铝板将南北立面及主入口区域进行整体处理，犹如SPO的黄色鞋盒一般，将整个工坊空间包裹起来。穿行区域采用通透的玻璃幕墙，结合室内的吊挂鞋架，共同构成了SPO LAB的主要展面。球鞋阵列的展示与大面积的玻璃幕墙相结合，更具视觉张力。

To maximize the project’s visibility, yellow aluminum panels were used to clad the north and south facades as well as the main entrance area, enveloping the entire workshop space like SPO’s iconic yellow shoebox. The walkway section features transparent glass curtain walls, complemented by suspended sneaker racks indoors, collectively forming SPO LAB’s primary display interface. The combination of sneaker array displays and expansive glass walls enhances visual impact, creating a dynamic tension.

内部空间设计Interior Space Design
内部空间主要由开放工坊空间和机器操作间组成。外部通过三个独立的岛台将展示区与设计师创作区相结合，能够灵活满足店铺产品展示与用户定制的多元化需求。内部机器操作区域采用回收榆木包裹的墙面隔开，结合半开放的不锈钢柜台，形成通透的视线关系。在互不干扰的前提下，内部操作过程也可作为展示的一部分。
The interior space primarily consists of an open workshop area and a machine operation room.The exterior zone integrates three independent island counters to combine product display areas with designer creative zones, offering flexibility to accommodate diverse needs—from merchandise showcasing to user customization. The inner machine operation area is enclosed by walls clad in reclaimed elm wood, paired with semi-open stainless steel counters to maintain visual transparency. Without disrupting workflow, the internal processes themselves become part of the display.

员工操作时，可通过镂空的窗洞被外部顾客看到，将换底过程完整地展示给用户，使用户能够沉浸式感受工坊的氛围。两侧大面积窗户及南侧玻璃幕墙为室内提供了良好的采光系统，同时南北可开启扇也为工坊的正常运作提供了良好的通风条件。

When staff perform tasks like sole replacement, customers outside can observe through perforated window openings, immersing them in the workshop’s craftsmanship. Large windows on both sides and the south glass curtain wall provide abundant natural lighting, while operable window panels on the north and south ensure optimal ventilation for seamless workshop operations.

细节设计
Detail Design
整个工坊在空间设计过程中充分考虑了品牌在不同应用场景下的展示需求以及用户自定义制作的需求。在对外展示上，通过钢索吊挂的道具以更加轻盈的方式展示产品，不锈钢金属的质感与老榆木的年轮感形成强烈对比。不锈钢吊架结合大面积玻璃幕墙，能够更好地突出产品本身，使产品展示更具张力。

The workshop’s spatial design thoroughly addresses the brand’s diverse display requirements across various scenarios while accommodating user customization needs. For external displays, products are suspended from steel cables for a lightweight presentation. The sleek metallic texture of stainless steel contrasts sharply with the organic grain of reclaimed elm wood, creating visual tension. The combination of stainless steel hanging racks and expansive glass curtain walls focuses attention squarely on the products themselves, enhancing their display impact.

对内展示则需满足鞋品类的展示以及自定义配件的展示需求，多元的展示方式更能体现品牌设置的多元化及产品创造的多种可能性，同时也赋予了SPO LAB更多手工艺创作的属性。
Internally, the space accommodates both footwear displays and custom component exhibitions. This multifaceted approach highlights the brand’s versatility and the infinite possibilities of product creation. Moreover, it reinforces SPO LAB’s identity as a hub for handcrafted artistry, blending industrial precision with artisanal character.
