项目 “商业溪谷”的灵感来自于将紧邻的大宁公园的绿意引入地块,并形成层层向上的商业回环。久光中心摒弃“盒子百货”的传统封闭模式,以极具开放性的空间连动姿态,周边“南向大宁国际——商业极、北向上海马戏城——文化极、西向大宁公园——生态极”如涓涓溪流般汇入项目腹地,彼此包含、彼此渗透,形成对大宁商圈强力聚合的开放公共活动中心。

The surrounding "Daning International in the South - Business pole, Shanghai Circus City in the North - cultural pole, Daning Park in the West - ecological pole" flows into the hinterland of the project like a trickle, including and penetrating each other, forming an open public activity center strongly converging on the Daning business district.

在城市更新与活力再造的迫切要求下,上海久光中心没有墨守成规,而是积极探索全新的商业模式。项目首次将高端轻奢全室内“MALL+百货”这种相对注重“内向”的商业空间模式,与开放广场、大型连桥、层层花园、架空步行街等情景式商业空间充分融合,希望营造独特的消费体验。既有高密连续的零售商业刺激,也有休闲体验空间的家庭与社交特色,项目在二者谨慎平衡与大胆创新间塑造出独一无二的个性气质与体验。
Under the urgent requirements of urban renewal and revitalization, Shanghai Jiuguang center did not follow the beaten track, but actively explored a new business model. For the first time, the project fully integrates the high-end light luxury indoor "mall+ department store", a relatively "introverted" business space model, with situational business spaces such as open squares, large bridges, floor to floor gardens, and overhead pedestrian streets, hoping to create a unique consumption experience. Both high-density and continuous retail business stimulation, as well as the family and social characteristics of leisure experience space, the project creates a unique personality and experience between careful balance and bold innovation.

项目将一座外径约180米的环形大Mall置于地块中部偏南,临大宁路,与大宁国际南北衔接;将自己最王牌的百货部分以主力店的形式放在项目的西侧,并使百货拥有独立的立面形象和尊贵的落客广场;切角的办公双塔造型与多角折转的商业裙房浑然一体,双塔成48度夹角放置,既规避对既有住宅日照的影响,也最大程度的享有大宁公园和共和新路的生态与都市的双面景观。

The twin towers are placed at an included angle of 48 degrees, which not only avoids the impact on the sunshine of the existing residence, but also enjoys the ecological and urban double-sided landscape of Daning Park and Gonghe new road to the greatest extent.

本项目通过透水地面、屋顶绿化、节能照明、太阳能热水、雨水收集系统、节水灌溉形式、地下光导照明、二氧化碳新风监控等绿色建筑技术,以达到国家绿色二星、美国LEED金级和德国能源认证。
The project adopts green building technologies such as permeable ground, roof greening, energy-saving lighting, solar hot water, rainwater collection system, water-saving irrigation form, underground photoconductive lighting, carbon dioxide fresh air monitoring, etc. to achieve the national green two star, American LEED gold and German energy certification.
