百年Art Deco风格建筑群中，上海Mozzarella e Vino洛克·外滩源店，靠岸在黄浦江与苏州河的交汇处，是欧式风情的 Bistro，在街边开启奶酪与酒的浪漫叙事

Among the century-old Art Deco-style architectural complex, the Mozzarella e Vino Rockbund Source store in Shanghai, located at the confluence of the Huangpu River and the Suzhou River, is a European-style Bistro that initiates a romantic narrative of cheese and wine on the street.

02从外滩码头到奶酪世界 From the Bund Pier to Cheese World

19世纪的老上海外滩码头，货运记忆与奶酪的全球旅行存在奇妙的时空共振、19 世纪的商船将欧洲奶酪运抵上海，冒着白汽的轮船靠了岸。

At the Bund Wharf of old Shanghai in the 19th century, there was a wonderful resonance of time and space between the memory of freight transportation and the global journey of cheese. In the 19th century, merchant ships brought European cheese to Shanghai, and the steamships, emitting white steam, docked.

甲板上堆叠的货箱、麻绳与滑轮摩擦的印记，都成了这家绿色主调西餐厅的灵感意象，地域文化与品牌形象联动。

The stacked cargo boxes on the deck, the marks left by the friction between the hemp ropes and the pulleys, all serve as the inspiration for this green-themed Western restaurant, with the regional culture and brand image interlinked.

我们把这些百年码头的记忆拆解重组，融入到外摆门头中，从街边自然走进店里，就像登上了满载奶酪与酒的码头，跨越重洋的期待在此着陆。远方的灯柱如同航行中的信号灯一样指引着客人们到来。

We disassembled and reorganized the memories of these century-old docks and integrated them into the outdoor storefront. When you walk naturally from the street into the store, it’s like stepping onto a dock brimming with cheese and wine, where the anticipation of crossing the ocean lands. The lamp posts in the distance, like signal lights at sea, guide the guests to arrive.

麻绳、风向标、麻布袋、甲板等外滩码头元素，藏在空间各处，不是元素的直给，而是营造一种隐隐的代入感。

Elements of the Bund wharf such as hemp ropes, wind vanes, linen bags and decks are hidden throughout the space. They are not given directly but create a subtle sense of immersion.

码头工人扛着用麻绳捆的箱子来回走，带点咸味的江风混着奶香味，飘过铁架子和红砖墙仓库，作为空间主色。温润触感再现奶酪制作的工坊场景。搭配天然洞石铺地，呼应着老上海街区的古朴气息。

Dockworkers carried boxes tied with hemp ropes back and forth. The slightly salty river breeze, mixed with the aroma of milk, drifted past the iron frames and the red-brick wall warehouses, serving as the main color of the space. The warm and smooth touch recreates the scene of a cheese-making workshop. The natural travertine paving echoes the ancient and simple atmosphere of the old Shanghai districts.

酒窖处利用动线的转角，形成一个八边形“报刊亭”，取酒就像与远方的故友联系，重现复古街头的电影感，像带有“互动”的空间游戏

At the wine cellar, an octagonal “newsstand” is formed by taking advantage of the corner of the circulation route. Picking up wine is like connecting with an old friend far away, recreating the cinematic feel of the retro street, like an interactive spatial game

03松弛开阔的就餐空间A relaxed and spacious dining area

圆明园路的历史街区有着独特的空间韵律 ——建筑风格多样，历经百年风霜，虽经修缮改造，但仍保留着欧洲文艺复兴、新古典主义、折衷主义等多种风格。

The historical district of Yuanmingyuan Road has a unique spatial rhythm – the architectural styles are diverse. After a century of wind and frost, although it has been renovated and transformed, it still retains many styles such as the European Renaissance, Neoclassicism, and eclecticism.

适宽的街道与沿街的外摆、让行人总能在步移间获得舒适的尺度感知，松弛自如。

The moderately wide streets and the outdoor decorations along the streets always allow pedestrians to have a comfortable sense of scale as they move, feeling relaxed and at ease.

我们将室内外空间”界面消解”，延续街道与建筑亲和的尺度，利用户外顶棚悬挑结构，把外立面完全打开，外摆区的餐桌,也是观景的甲板，将人文的自由气息引入内部。

We have “dissolved the interface” between the indoor and outdoor Spaces, continuing the harmonious scale between the street and the building. By using the cantilevered structure of the outdoor ceiling, we have fully opened up the facade. The dining table in the outdoor display area also serves as a deck for viewing the view, bringing the free and humanistic atmosphere into the interior.

临近外摆处的吧台，恰好又带动起了室内外的联动氛围。长条座位，也可以是摆件台面，解锁更多的使用场景。

The bar counter near the outdoor display area happens to create a harmonious atmosphere between the indoor and outdoor Spaces. The long seats can also serve as decorative countertops, unlocking more usage scenarios.

从远处看，一条很长的外立面，由落地玻璃、弧形折叠门、上翻窗、大折叠门构成丰富的节奏感，上翻窗完全打开时，面对教堂对坐，仿佛穿越，邂逅极致的放松与惬意。

From a distance, a long facade, composed of floor-to-ceiling glass, arched folding doors, upward-flipping Windows and large folding doors, creates a rich sense of rhythm. When the upward-flipping Windows are fully opened, sitting opposite the church, it feels as if one has traveled through time and encountered the ultimate relaxation and comfort.

室内不设高大隔断，以座位组团的形式来限定空间，灵活通透，为避免出餐口前方的服务动线干扰，我们巧借教堂的椅子高靠背，自然形成稳定动线隔断。

There are no tall partitions inside. The space is defined by seating groups, which are flexible and transparent. To avoid disturbing the service flow in front of the dining counter, we ingeniously use the high backrests of the church chairs to naturally form stable flow line partitions.

04古朴与现代的对话A dialogue between antiquity and modernity

历史街区的更新最忌 “过度设计”。我们希望让新旧元素在碰撞中产生叙事张力，而非简单的风格叠加。层次丰富的街边店面，在众安大楼白净刚硬的大理石外立面之下，衬托得尤为突出。

The most taboo thing in the renewal of historical districts is “overdesign”. We hope to generate narrative tension through the collision of old and new elements, rather than a simple accumulation of styles. The richly layered street-side shops stand out particularly against the white and hard marble facade of the Zhong ‘a Building.

手工烧制的小黑砖在吊灯下微微闪烁，搭配温润的白蜡木，尽显高级的桌面美学。各类原创定制的木制品，擦上“五彩斑斓”的绿。

The hand-fired small black bricks flicker slightly under the chandelier, paired with the warm ash wood, fully demonstrating the high-end desktop aesthetics. All kinds of original and custom-made wooden products are painted in a “colorful” green.

搭配漂亮的编织软包，皮质餐椅的缝线模仿了麻绳的缠绕方式，等等细节弱化绿色唯一品牌色带来的“连锁感”，而是转向更加层次更为细腻的空间感受。而软装、灯具等装饰中，又以金属等崭新材质点缀，中和了空间的厚重感，达成一种平衡，更有chill的感觉。

Paired with beautiful woven soft packages, the stitching of the leather dining chairs imitates the winding method of hemp ropes, and other details weaken the “chain effect” brought by the only brand color of green, but instead turn to a more layered and delicate spatial experience. In the soft furnishings, lighting fixtures and other decorations, new materials such as metal are used as accents, which neutralize the heaviness of the space and achieve a balance, giving it a more laid-back feel.

灯光氛围上，我们用2400K的射灯，搭配更暖一度的2400K的灯带，柔和照亮空间，高高低低的吊灯，有种慵懒的氛围。裸露的钨丝灯泡不加修饰，好似工坊的底色。

In terms of the lighting atmosphere, we used 2400K spotlights, paired with 2400K light strips that are one degree warmer, to gently illuminate the space. The high and low chandeliers create a laid-back atmosphere. The exposed tungsten filament bulbs, unadorned, resemble the background color of a workshop.

当暮色降临，苏州河的倒影与室内的光影在玻璃幕墙上交融。小酒馆的氛围愈加浓厚。我们不是创造新的风景，而是让历史在当代空间里，找到最舒服的呼吸方式。

When dusk falls, the reflection of the Suzhou River blends with the indoor light and shadow on the glass curtain wall. The atmosphere of the tavern became increasingly thick. We are not creating new landscapes, but allowing history to find the most comfortable way to breathe in the contemporary space.

老上海外滩的风里藏着百年码头的故事——这一场关于奶酪与酒的浪漫邂逅，每一次停泊，都是下一次探索的起点。推门而入的每一位宾客,都是这场航行的共谋者。

The wind of the old Bund in Shanghai conceals the story of a century-old wharf – this romantic encounter of cheese and wine, each mooring is the starting point of the next exploration. Every guest who pushed the door open and entered was a conspirator in this voyage.
