金茂大厦、上海环球金融中心和上海中心,构成了上海目前的“地标中心”。它们的可达性、独特性和尺度是创造标志性和难忘印象的关键因素。在金融区的另一端,世纪广场的中心地带,上海金融交易广场的三座新建建筑与城市中心广场形成互补,与浦东和老城区的中心遥相呼应。

 

The Jin Mao, the Shanghai World Financial Center and the Shanghai Center, forms the current ‘Landmark Epicenter’ of Shanghai. The towers’ proximity, uniqueness, and scale are the bonding factors in creating an iconic and memorable impression. At the other end of the financial district in the heart of Century Plaza, the complex of three new buildings of the Shanghai International Financial Center forms a complement to the City Center plaza and frames the center of Pudong and the old City.

该项目是为上海证券交易所(SSE)、中国金融期货交易所(CFFEX)和中国证券登记结算公司(CSDCC)设计的。上海金融交易广场中的基本态度和挑战是设计一个强大、统一的令人难忘的综合体,同时满足三个公司的个性化需求,并为每个公司提供适当的个性特征。

 

The project was designed for the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE), the China Financial Futures Exchange (CFFEX), and the China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (CSDCC). The underlying attitude and challenge in the design of the Shanghai International Financial Center was to design a powerful, unified complex of memorable image while addressing the three corporations’ individual needs and providing each with an appropriate individual identity.

设计的核心目标是营造三个独立体量,以容纳入驻于中心的金融机构总部。早期的构想曾探索过由高架、可使用空间相连的对角形态。最终,设计概念演变为三座基本相同、内部设有中庭的塔楼,并由位于主入口大堂之上的共享体量统一起来。通过将夹层提升至大堂上方并取消传统的底座设计,方案强化了街道层与宽阔公共广场之间的联系,同时提升了相互衔接的楼层平面的功能效率。

The primary objective was to design three distinct volumes that would accommodate the headquarters of the financial institutions housed within the center. Initial explorations considered diagonal forms connected by elevated, occupiable spaces. Ultimately, the concept evolved into three essentially identical atrium towers, unified by a shared volume positioned above the primary entrance lobbies. By elevating the mezzanine above the lobbies and eliminating the use of a podium, the design strengthened the relationship between the street level and a generous public plaza while enhancing the programmatic efficiency of the interconnected floorplates.

这一连接体量不仅将三座塔楼紧密联系起来,还为中央广场以及作为公共空间核心的环形喷泉提供遮蔽。广场内部融入了丰富的绿化景观,包括位于场地西北角与东北角的两座正式花园。环绕中央喷泉的植被进一步强化了其作为焦点的地位,使其成为场地鲜明轴线格局的关键组织元素,从而引导三座塔楼大堂沿四个基本方向展开。

The linking volume not only ties the three towers together but also provides shelter over the central plaza and portions of the circular fountain that anchors the public realm. The plaza integrates significant green space, including two formal gardens at the northwest and northeast corners of the site. Additional planting surrounds the central fountain, reinforcing its role as a focal point and a key organizing element of the site’s strong axial composition, from which the three tower lobbies extend along the cardinal directions.

通过将所有中庭与大堂相互贯通,设计使使用者能够感受到整体性的空间体验,同时又确保各入驻机构保持独立性。在建筑群的核心位置,一座位于镜面水池下方可容纳800人的剧场成为激发公共参与的催化器,激活了地面层空间,并将整体确立为一处重要的市民目的地。

 

By connecting all of the atriums and the lobbies, it allowed the users to feel they are part of one experience while allowing each separate client to maintain their autonomy. At the heart of the complex, an 800-seat theater under the reflective pool serves as a catalyst for public engagement, activating the ground level and anchoring the ensemble as a civic destination.

该建筑群的美妙之处在于其简单性和逻辑性——三栋建筑联合成一个强大的单元,同时适配于这些引领行业的金融公司,使整体大于各部分的总和。为了实现这一目标,所有设计决策都是合理做出的,并得到科学技术规范的支持。其成果是清晰、完整和不矫揉造作的。

The beauty of the complex lies in its simplicity and logic – three buildings united in one powerful unit suitable for these beacons of finance so that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. To achieve this, all design decisions are made rationally and are supported by principles of science and technology. The result is a complex of clarity, integrity, and authenticity.

三座塔楼的高度分别是200米,180米和160米。每一座塔楼的核心特征由中央入口大堂所界定,大堂贯穿塔楼南北两端,形成建筑的主要纵向空间。这一体量在上部楼层被延续,并一直贯穿至26层。随着塔楼的升高,位于三塔相连体量之上的多层通高空间逐渐引入,并沿塔楼高度展开,与反向延伸的中央中庭空间形成平衡。中央体量在26层处被中断,而位于建筑方盒轴线中央的多层通高空间则继续向上延伸,直至建筑在31层以接待空间收尾。

The three towers have respective heights of 200 meters, 180 meters, and 160 meters. Each tower is fundamentally defined by the central entrance lobby that traverses the tower from one end to the other. This volume is repeated on the upper floors with central volume running until Level 26 . As each towers rise, additional multi-level volumes are introduced above the level of the volume connecting the three towers that run the height of the tower and provide a balance to the central atrium volume running in the opposite direction. The central is interrupted at Level 26 while the multi-height volume running in the central portions of box axes of the building continues. The building culminates with a reception area on Level 31.

建筑所容纳的功能极为多元,包括办公区、交易大厅、餐厅与包间、会议中心、运动与活动空间(含健身房、更衣室、阅览室、退休职工活动室)、心理咨询室、医务室、公益基金会办公室、影音室、视听室、托幼空间以及展览空间。此外,建筑还设有一座800座剧场和大型多功能会议厅。在整体空间的塑造中,设计选用了优雅而富有永恒气质的材料,既回应了功能需求,也呼应了业主的价值观与企业形象。各单体建筑在整体上皆具独特意义,形式简洁优雅,体现了先进的技术水平与对环境的责任感。作为一组具有鲜明地标形象、充满精神与乐观气质的建筑群,上海国际金融中心在当下正是恰如其分的时代宣言,并为浦东金融区画下了完整而有力的收笔。
