沂蒙山水舍紧邻沂蒙山舍，是沂蒙山舍民宿的延续，水舍增加了地库、餐厅、会议室、泳池等民宿公区配套和12个客房。

水舍用地与山舍相比较为紧张，因此主体采用了较为集中的布局方式。

 

Yimeng Shanshui house is close to Yimeng Shanshe, which is the continuation of Yimeng Shanshe home stay. The water house has added basement, restaurant, conference room, swimming pool and other home stay public area supporting facilities and 12 guest rooms.

借助地势高差，靠近金线河一侧设计为一层的客房，客房下面为餐厅和地库，里侧设计为两层的LOFT客房，保证了12个房间都有比较好的景观视野。沿路外立面采用了和山舍相同的条石，外观和周边民居保持统一，内院则采用了较为放松的白色墙面，用竹子进行点缀，同时将山泉水引入内院，将内院打造成既灵动又现代的水院，形成了和山舍完全不同的居住体验。

 

With the help of the terrain height difference, the side close to the golden line river is designed as a guest room on the first floor, the restaurant and basement are below the guest room, and the loft guest room on the inner side is designed as a two-story guest room, which ensures that all 12 rooms have a better landscape view. The outer facade along the road adopts the same strip stone as the mountain house, and the appearance is consistent with the surrounding residential houses. The inner yard adopts a relatively relaxed white wall, decorated with bamboo. At the same time, the mountain spring water is introduced into the inner yard, which makes the inner yard into a smart and modern water yard, forming a completely different living experience from the mountain house.
