The architectural language of the project is defined by the balanced use of sustainable materials such as natural stone and wood, reflecting the local character of the region. The natural stone used on the building façades establishes a strong connection with the surrounding environment, while the wood applied in the stable structures provides breathable and natural interior spaces that support equine health and comfort. The challenging topography is transformed into an advantage through terraced retaining walls built with local stone, resulting in a functional site layout integrated with the landscape.

The circulation strategy developed throughout the facility clearly separates horse movement from vehicle traffic, ensuring safe and controlled use. Extensive landscape areas integrate the architecture with its natural surroundings, while the balanced distribution of training, care, and rest areas provides a high-quality spatial experience for both horses and users.
