Grid House以鲜明的建筑二元性为设计核心：一个轻盈、仿佛悬浮于空中的主体结构，安放在坚实且部分嵌入地形的基座之上。由裸露混凝土梁柱构成的网格体系在建筑转角处悬挑伸展，并向周围景观延续，强化了建筑低伏于场地之中的姿态以及与坡地环境的融合关系。这种对比不仅定义了住宅的空间组织方式，也塑造了居住体验，回应场地条件的同时，营造出一种轻松、面向户外的生活方式。

Grid House is conceived as a clear architectural duality: a light, hovering structure resting on a solid, partially excavated base. Its raw concrete grid of beams and columns, cantilevered at the corners, extends outward into the surrounding landscape, reinforcing the house’s low-built presence and integration into the sloping terrain. This contrast defines both the spatial organization and the lived experience of the house, responding directly to the site while framing a relaxed, outdoor-oriented way of living.

▼完整而宽敞的平台，a single, generous platform

主要生活层被设计为一个完整而宽敞的平台，将一对夫妇独立居住所需的核心功能集中于同一层面。作为一个功能完善且无障碍的空间布局，该层同时也是住宅的主要入口层。起居区、厨房以及带独立卫浴的主卧室被三面通透的玻璃围护包裹，使室内与周围露台之间保持连续而开阔的视觉联系。室内外空间自然交融，餐厅与休闲区域向外延伸，与一座长达15米的泳池相伴展开。

The main living level is designed as a single, generous platform that concentrates the essential program for a couple to live independently. Conceived as a fully functional and accessible layout, this level also serves as the primary access floor. A three-sided glazed perimeter encloses the living area, kitchen and ensuite master bedroom, allowing uninterrupted visual continuity with the surrounding terraces. Indoor and outdoor spaces merge seamlessly, with dining and lounge areas extending outward alongside a 15-metre-long swimming pool.

泳池位于建筑南侧边缘，被视为整体建筑构成中不可分割的一部分。它直接连接起居空间与露台，成为平台内部景观的重要组成元素。当人们沿着泳池游动时，视线也随之延伸至远方景致之中。

Positioned along the south edge, the pool is conceived as an integral architectural element. Directly connected to the living room and terraces, it becomes part of the platform’s inner landscape, stretching towards the views as one swims along it.

这一悬浮的平台层占据了场地最佳的观景位置。面对建筑面积限制等法规要求，设计通过大尺度室外露台扩展了生活空间，进一步强化了项目所倡导的悠闲生活氛围。围绕平台展开的裸露混凝土结构赋予建筑鲜明个性，在加强室内外连续性的同时，也让上部体量呈现出轻盈漂浮的姿态。

This elevated level captures the site’s most expansive views, while legislative constraints on buildable area are addressed through large external terraces that further reinforce its laid-back lifestyle. The hovering exposed concrete structure that frames the platform gives the house its distinctive character, strengthening the sense of continuity between inside and outside while lending the upper volume a light, suspended presence.

平台之下，部分嵌入地形的下层体量则呈现出更加稳重、贴近地面的特质，用于容纳客房空间。与上层开放式布局形成对比，下层采用更为传统的空间组织方式，并朝向东侧海景展开。两层之间的差异亦通过立面设计得以表达：上层采用强调水平延展感的饰面，下层则使用更柔和的抹灰表面处理，两者统一于柔和的米白色调之中。

Beneath this platform, partially embedded into the terrain, a more grounded volume accommodates the guest rooms. In contrast to the open plan above, this lower level adopts a more traditional layout and is oriented towards the eastern sea views. The difference between the two levels is expressed architecturally through the façade treatment: horizontally articulated cladding above and a softer rendered finish below, both unified by an off-white palette.

住宅的抵达体验经过精心设计，车行入口与步行入口分别设置于建筑两侧。一系列台阶穿越层层绿化露台向上延伸，在视觉上削弱了基座的体量感，使其逐渐融入花园景观之中，也进一步强化了建筑结构与自然地形之间持续对话的关系。

Arrival is carefully choreographed, with the driveway and pedestrian access positioned on opposite sides of the house. A sequence of steps rises through planted terraces, visually dissolving the base into the garden and reinforcing the house’s dialogue between structure and landscape.
