我们建谊集团这几年几乎买遍了市场上常用的国内外各类BIM协同平台,但是还是遇到很多困难挑战没有用起来。一直到发现了BDIP平台并试用了一个项目以后,决定集团层面购买2套企业级产品,一套用于海外,一套用于国内。BDIP建筑数据集成平台更新迭代特别快;而且服务到位,在模型处理和协同这方面确实做得很好,能帮助建谊在建筑工业化道路上快速占领制高点。

1.项目流程管理
通过对项目的设计变更、质量、进度、安全和成本的审批管理,可实现以项目为主体的流程化管理,同时支持BIM模型与流程的关联互查。

通过权限设置不同单位及管理人员的个人门户,主要包括:项目会议、现场天气、项目百度定位、施工照片、工程资料管理、项目管理流程、成本数据分析(主材单价比率分析、材料对比分析、资金计划统计)、项目进度计划管理等。

“成寿寺B5地块定向安置房项目” 是北京丰台区成寿寺B5地块定向安置房项目是全国装配式建筑科技示范项目、北京市首个装配式钢结构住宅项目的示范工程。本项目总用地面积6691.2㎡,4栋9—16层装配式钢结构住宅,总建筑面积31685.49㎡。本项目中尝试采用了EPC总承包模式。项目采用钢管混凝土框架+组合钢板剪力墙(阻尼器)结构形式,加气混凝土外墙、钢筋桁架楼承板、钢楼梯及一体化内装系统。在施工过程中展现了钢结构建筑“节能、节地、节水、节材和保护环境”的优势,通过信息化管理和装配化施工,保证工程质量的同时,缩短了工期,节约了综合成本。
