缘起|origin

“ 01”

项目位于武汉市三眼桥路,基地周边均为密集生长的建筑体量。内部场所被淹没在杂乱无章的老建筑群中,外部界面被林立的破旧矮墙所蚕食。

 

The project is located in Sanyanqiao Road, Wuhan. The surrounding areas of the base are densely growing buildings. The internal site is submerged in the disorderly old buildings, and the external interface is eroded by a forest of dilapidated low walls.

 

 

如何摆脱杂乱的现状带来的无序感,转而设计一个全新的、开放的、有吸引力的,将现代主义与中式营造完美结合的纯净体量,建筑师说:“我们并没有将建筑视为一个单独的对象,而是通过审视城市空间并将该地区现有的建筑重新整合到这座新建筑中。”

 

How to get rid of the sense of disorder brought by the chaotic current situation and design a new, open and attractive pure volume that perfectly combines modernism and Chinese construction, the architect said: "we do not regard the building as a separate object, but by reviewing the urban space and re integrating the existing buildings in the area into this new building."

 

设计必须承载一定的城市责任感。正如奥雷舍人说,“它展示了建筑如何在碎片化的城市空间中起到整合空间的作用。该项目将城市空间结合起来,并将公共生活作为主要城市生活场所,对其进行重点表达。”

 

The design must bear a certain sense of urban responsibility. As oresche said, "it shows how architecture can integrate space in fragmented urban space. The project combines urban space and focuses on public life as a major urban living place."

 

 

拟形|shape imitating

以简化的建筑体量,尽可能去掉那些无用的,多余的成分,用简洁明了的体块关系、清晰的几何构图,删繁就简,溯本清源,创造出最纯粹的建筑形式。

 

With the simplified building volume, remove those useless and redundant components as much as possible, and create the purest architectural form with simple and clear block relationship and clear geometric composition.

 

 

基地周边多为待拆杂乱居民区,设计时,纯粹清透的玻璃体外部包裹中式营造的建筑肌理,隔绝四周不利的环境;依据人流来向,切割外壳两端,露出内部干净的玻璃体,面向城市界面打开。

 

Most of the surrounding areas of the base are messy residential areas to be demolished. During the design, the pure clear glass body is wrapped with the Chinese style architectural texture to isolate the surrounding adverse environment; According to the direction of the flow of people, cut both ends of the shell to expose the clean glass inside and open it facing the city interface.

 

 

 

建筑形体是温和的,但细节手法是锐利的,我们把三角形切割的手法一以贯之,从总图景观到建筑虚实分割到表皮元素设计最后到灰空间穿孔板元素运用。再赋予珍珠白的温度,使整个建筑典雅却不失冲击力。

 

The architectural form is gentle, but the detail technique is sharp. We keep the triangular cutting technique from the general layout landscape to the division of virtual and real buildings, to the design of skin elements, and finally to the application of gray space perforated plate elements. Then give the Pearl White temperature to make the whole building elegant without losing its impact.

 

叙事|narrate

项目采用文学叙事的组织方式,将多个空间节点的内容串联形成连续的空间剧情。游览路线注重节奏安排,根据场地的位置、形态,组织变换空间的明暗、开合、隐现,使整体流线张弛有度,跌宕起伏。

 

The project adopts the organizational mode of literary narration to connect the contents of multiple spatial nodes to form a continuous spatial plot. The tour route pays attention to the rhythm arrangement. According to the location and form of the site, the light and shade, opening and closing and looming of the space are organized to make the overall streamline relax and fluctuate.

 

 

色彩|color

建筑主材料为珍珠白铝板和纯净的玻璃幕墙,结合以不同的线条、明暗及相应的笔触,真实的表现出空间的气质,展现出最纯粹的白色。

 

The main materials of the building are pearl white aluminum plate and pure glass curtain wall. Combined with different lines, light and shade and corresponding strokes, it truly shows the temperament of space and the purest white.

 

 

参数化设计|Parametric design

在纯净的体量下,怎样才能强调建筑作为城市凝聚点的作用,回顾周边城市的空间是无数个大大小小的建筑无序的排列,于是我们想到了通过参数化设计,将这些元素简化成几个模数的形式进行排列重组。

 

Under the pure volume, how can we emphasize the role of architecture as the condensation point of the city? Recalling that the space of surrounding cities is the disorderly arrangement of countless large and small buildings, we thought of simplifying these elements into the form of several modules for arrangement and reorganization through parametric design.

 

 

反复思考之下,我们选用了三角形作为基本的模数形式,追其原因有二,一者对三角地形的一个强化,我们希望把这个元素贯穿到每一个空间,无论是景观还是建筑。二者也想模拟星空的形状,在童话里每一颗星星都代表着对老城的一段记忆,也是对未来的一种探索。

 

After repeated thinking, we chose triangle as the basic modulus form for two reasons. One is an enhancement of triangle terrain. We hope to penetrate this element into every space, whether landscape or architecture. They also want to simulate the shape of the starry sky. In the fairy tale, each star represents a memory of the old city and an exploration of the future.

 

参数化方法其实就是用相对简单的逻辑以及系统性的思维,用参数化工具将它们组合或者排列的方式来解决这个问题。在选定模数形式的前提下,我们将整个立面分割为300mm*300mm的正三角形模数单元,以此最小模数单元铺满整个立面。

 

In fact, the parametric method is to solve this problem by using relatively simple logic and systematic thinking and combining or arranging them with parametric tools. On the premise of selecting the module form, we divide the whole facade into 300mm * 300mm triangular module units, and use the smallest module unit to cover the whole facade.

 

 

以最小的模数单元为基础,组合成三种不同大小的立面模块。其分别为1个模数单元组成的边长为300mm的正三角形模块,4个模数单元组合成的边长为600mm的正三角形模块以及16个模数单元组合成的边长为1200mm的正三角形模块。

 

Based on the smallest modular unit, it is combined into three facade modules of different sizes. Four modules with a module length of 1200mm are composed of four modules with a module length of 300mm.

 

 

 

为了使整个建筑更具亲和力,立面肌理更为丰富,将直线边缘演化为曲线。

 

In order to make the whole building more affinity and enrich the facade texture, the straight edge is evolved into a curve.

 

在满足角部不至于过于尖锐,影响施工和美感的前提下,我们以300mm的模块为列,用600mm的半径向内形成微弧,600mm和1200mm的模块等比放大,最终形成三组优美的基本模块。

 

On the premise that the corners will not be too sharp and affect the construction and aesthetic feeling, we take 300mm modules as the column, form a micro arc inward with a radius of 600mm, and enlarge the modules of 600mm and 1200mm in equal proportion, so as to finally form three groups of beautiful basic modules.

除了以上二维空间基础上的平面模块变化,为了表达设计初衷想模拟星空的概念,部分模块会在三维空间进行变换,模块空间向内凹陷,内部加入光源,外部设置平面曲线盖板,使光线可以通过曲面边缘渗透而出,产生柔美优雅的光晕。

 

In addition to the changes of plane modules based on the above two-dimensional space, in order to express the original intention of the design to simulate the concept of starry sky, some modules will be transformed in the three-dimensional space. The module space is concave inward, the light source is added inside, and the plane curve cover plate is set outside, so that the light can penetrate through the edge of the curved surface to produce a soft and elegant halo.

 

 

三维模块的平面生成是以各个三角形的顶点为圆心,分别做半径为300mm,600mm,1200mm的圆,圆弧与三角形各个顶点相交,从而形成的外部弧线为曲面模块的边缘。

 

The plane generation of three-dimensional module takes the vertex of each triangle as the center of the circle, and makes circles with radius of 300mm, 600mm and 1200mm respectively. The arc intersects with each vertex of the triangle, so as to form the external arc as the edge of the surface module.

在设计好相同单元模数不同大小的单元模块以后,以视线导向为原则,在近人尺度上多采用最小的单元模块进行排列组合,使建筑给人以精致感,细节感,价值感。

 

After designing the unit modules with the same unit module and different sizes, based on the principle of line of sight guidance, the smallest unit modules are mostly used for arrangement and combination on the near human scale, so that the building gives people a sense of delicacy, detail and value.

 

在建筑的中高部区域,多采用较大的单元模块进行点缀性的排列组合,使建筑整体表皮比例和谐,丰富多变。不同大小的模块根据一定的韵律错位移动,最终,产生富有节奏感的立面表皮。

 

In the middle and high areas of the building, larger unit modules are mostly used for decorative arrangement and combination, so that the proportion of the overall skin of the building is harmonious, rich and changeable. Modules of different sizes move in dislocation according to a certain rhythm, and finally produce a rhythmic facade skin.

 

营造|build

独属盛唐的中式营造—唐代木镶嵌技艺。精雕细琢的美感和色彩,大胆的用色,无拘束的创作,精致的花纹展现了唐代高贵的丰沛之美与惊人的创造力。

 

The unique Chinese style construction in the prosperous Tang Dynasty - the wood inlay technology of the Tang Dynasty. The exquisite beauty and color, bold color use, unrestrained creation and exquisite patterns show the noble and abundant beauty and amazing creativity of the Tang Dynasty.

 

 

唐代木镶嵌工艺是将木材切割成所需形状后,再嵌入木材挖好的孔槽中。工艺要求精度极高,在0.1毫米量级以上。所有工艺均赖人手工完成,有个别零件长度不足1毫米,需以精密的镊子拾取操作,其难度可想而知。

 

The wood inlay process of Tang Dynasty is to cut the wood into the required shape and then embed it into the holes and grooves dug by the wood. The process requires high precision, above the order of 0.1mm. All processes are completed by hand. Some parts are less than 1mm long and need to be picked up with precision tweezers. It is conceivable that it is difficult.

表皮施工

以建筑南立面为例,整个建筑肌理由多个不同的平面和曲面构件,有韵律的组合而形成。

 

Taking the south facade of the building as an example, the whole building texture is formed by the rhythmic combination of multiple different plane and curved surface components.

 

 

如果以最小的模数单元为依据进行施工的话,会导致其龙骨过密,施工繁琐,表皮安装复杂,增加成本,减缓工期等。

 

If the construction is based on the smallest module unit, it will lead to too dense keel, cumbersome construction, complex skin installation, increase cost, slow down construction period, etc.

 

为了更好的控制项目落成效果,降低施工难度,我们将龙骨确定为边长为1200mm的正三角形,既可以契合最小单元模数,又有利于施工控制,保证项目竣工效果。

 

In order to better control the completion effect of the project and reduce the construction difficulty, we determine the keel as an equilateral triangle with a side length of 1200mm, which can not only meet the minimum unit modulus, but also be conducive to construction control and ensure the completion effect of the project.

 

 

整个建筑的表皮安装工程采用分段安装的形式,将整个立面依据拼接肌理,龙骨位置等原因分割为大小均在3000mm*1500mm以内的单块区域,为了保证安装速度,安装质量,每一个单块区域上的模块构件在工厂安装完成后,整块运往施工现场。

 

The skin installation of the whole building adopts the form of sectional installation. The whole facade is divided into single areas with the size of 3000mm * 1500mm according to the splicing texture, keel position and other reasons. In order to ensure the installation speed and installation quality, the module components on each single area are transported to the construction site after the factory installation.

 

 

平面构件以各个曲线相交处为界限进行划分,分割为不同形状尺寸的单块区域铝板,为了保证施工平整度和工期,还将部分平面图案以刻线的形式反映在单块区域内,尽量以大面铝板进行拼接,为此整个项目设计了共28中不同类型的平面构件,3种不同类型的曲面构件。

 

The plane components are divided by the intersection of each curve as the boundary and divided into single area aluminum plates with different shapes and sizes. In order to ensure the construction flatness and construction period, some plane patterns are also reflected in the single area in the form of scribed lines and spliced with large surface aluminum plates as far as possible. For this purpose, a total of 28 different types of plane components and 3 different types of curved surface components are designed for the whole project.

 

 

 

 

曲面构件由内嵌曲面和平面盖板两部分组成,共3种不同尺寸。内嵌曲面内部中心开洞,安装灯源,外部设置平面曲线盖板,使光线可以通过曲面边缘渗透而出,经过反复的照度尝试,产生柔美优雅的光晕。

 

The curved surface component is composed of embedded curved surface and plane cover plate, with a total of 3 different sizes. The inner center of the embedded curved surface is perforated, the lamp source is installed, and the plane curve cover plate is set outside, so that the light can penetrate through the edge of the curved surface. After repeated illumination attempts, a soft and elegant halo is generated.

 

 

在现场施工的过程中精细控制每一个构件的安装位置与次序,使每个构件都可以无缝的衔接组合,最终实现中式营造与现代技艺的完美交融。

 

In the process of on-site construction, carefully control the installation position and order of each component, so that each component can be seamlessly connected and combined, and finally realize the perfect integration of Chinese construction and modern technology.
