西安南门广场综合提升改造,西安/规划

 

西安南门广场位于缘起于钟楼，北至张家堡广场，南到电视塔的西安中轴线中段。这一轴线串联起汉、唐、明、清、现代等不同历史时期的文化遗存，也是西安城文化、旅游、商贸、交通的核心区域和重要城市节点。近年来，随着社会的进步和经济的发展，南门广场区域也逐渐暴露出一系列问题：交通混杂组织无序，广场环境品质低下，可达性不强，区域周边不同时代建设的各式地标建筑形态各异，风貌不同。

 

Xi'an Nanmen square is located in the middle of Xi'an central axis, which starts from the bell tower, extends to Zhangjiapu square in the north, and extends to the TV Tower in the south. This axis connects the cultural relics of different historical periods such as Han, Tang, Ming, Qing and modern times. It is also the core area and important urban node of Xi'an city's culture, tourism, commerce and transportation. In recent years, with the social progress and economic development, the South Gate Square area has gradually exposed a series of problems: the traffic is mixed and disordered, the square environment quality is low, the accessibility is not strong, and various landmark buildings built in different times around the area have different shapes and styles.

 

 

设计旨在保护现状文物资源、提升区域环境品质、重塑古建历史风貌的前提下：补充和完善南门景区服务配套设施；整合南门广场景观系统，利用绿化限定空间、烘托气氛；梳理大南门地区城内外各方向车行、步行、轨道交通，合理的组织地面、地下交通流线。

 

The design aims to supplement and improve the service supporting facilities of Nanmen scenic spot on the premise of protecting the current cultural relics resources, improving the regional environmental quality and reshaping the historical style of ancient buildings; Integrate the landscape system of the South Gate Square, and use greening to limit the space and set off the atmosphere; Sort out the vehicle, pedestrian and rail traffic in all directions inside and outside the city of the Great South Gate area, and reasonably organize the ground and underground traffic flow lines.

 

 

其中南门外广场设计：以有限度的开发、利用为原则，地面通过一系列广场、御道、吊桥、绿化限定，以空间的起承转合，烘托出南门标志性的形象；地下部分以停车和旅游服务设施为主，在避让地铁站场、护城河、城市地下车行快速通道的同时，对地下空间合理利用，解决区域停车位不足问题。同时，修建一条东西向横穿广场的地下人行通道，联系起松园入口广场、南门中央广场，及苗园入口广场，将人流与车流彻底分离，实现立体互通。

 

The design of the square outside the South Gate: Based on the principle of limited development and utilization, the ground is limited by a series of squares, imperial roads, suspension bridges and greening, and the symbolic image of the south gate is set off by the transition of space; The underground part is mainly composed of parking and tourism service facilities. While avoiding the subway station, moat and urban underground fast track, the underground space is reasonably utilized to solve the problem of insufficient regional parking spaces. At the same time, an underground pedestrian passage crossing the square from east to west will be built to connect the Songyuan entrance square, the South Gate central square and the Miaoyuan entrance square to completely separate the flow of people and vehicles and realize three-dimensional interchange.

 

 

环城南路东西两侧地块（原松园、苗园）整治和拆除部分影响视觉通廊的临时建筑；地下设置公共停车场作为南门交通节点的换乘系统及部分配套商业设施；在靠近南门广场的位置分别设置街头文化广场，作为南门景观的重要补充。

 

Renovate and demolish some temporary buildings that affect the visual corridor in the plots on the East and west sides of Huancheng South Road (the original Songyuan and Miaoyuan); The underground public parking lot is set as the transfer system of the South Gate traffic node and some supporting commercial facilities; Street culture squares are respectively set up near the South Gate Square as an important supplement to the South Gate landscape.

 

 

 

松园地块：保留原有仿古建筑，地面新建建筑以退台的形式与保留建筑取得呼应。地面景观亦与保留的古建筑空间格局相协调，恢复和改造原有水池，并辅以夜景亮化，并通过局部的高差变化，有效地利用空间増大绿化面积。建筑地下一层主要是管理和商业服务用房，地下二层主要是设备和地下停车库。地下建筑以下沉庭院和下沉街道的设计手法，构成层次丰富的空间体系。

 

Songyuan plot: the original antique buildings will be preserved, and the new buildings on the ground will echo the reserved buildings in the form of retreating. The ground landscape is also coordinated with the spatial pattern of the preserved ancient buildings. The original water pool is restored and reconstructed, supplemented by the lighting of the night scene. Through local height difference changes, the space is effectively used to increase the green area. The first underground floor of the building is mainly used for management and commercial services, and the second underground floor is mainly used for equipment and underground parking. The design method of sunken courtyards and sunken streets in underground buildings constitutes a rich spatial system.

 

 

苗园地块：以下沉式中心广场串联起整个场地，地面建筑以退台的建筑形式位居场地东北角，形成一个面向城门的空间限定。景观设计利用地形丰富的高差变化，结合流动的带型水景小品，实现层次分明的绿化体系，塑造出一个以人为本的、移步换景的雅致景观。地下建筑一层以商业服务设施为主，地下二层主要是设备和地下停车库，辅以少量商业服务设施。

 

Miao garden plot: the sunken central square connects the whole site in series. The ground buildings are located in the northeast corner of the site in the form of retreating platform, forming a space limit facing the city gate. The landscape design uses the rich elevation difference changes of the terrain, combined with the flowing strip waterscape sketch, to realize the hierarchical greening system, and create a people-oriented and elegant landscape. The first floor of the underground building is mainly commercial service facilities, and the second floor is mainly equipment and underground parking garage, supplemented by a small number of commercial service facilities.

 

 

 

紧挨城墙南侧的东西两侧环城公园地块，拆除原环城公园管理处等风貌混乱的临建建筑，在距离南门城楼一定距离外，以极简主义为原则加建二处玻璃幕墙服务设施，掩映于树林之中，满足功能需要的同时，又不影响城墙古迹整体性风貌。

 

Around the city park plot on the East and west sides close to the south side of the city wall, demolish the original management office of the around the city park and other temporary buildings with disordered features, and build two glass curtain wall service facilities in a minimalist manner outside the South Gate Tower, which are hidden in the woods to meet the functional needs without affecting the overall style of the city wall and historic sites.

 

 

南门里地块：延伸既有南大街人行地道至南门内广场方向，将行人从地下引入南门景区，实现人车立体分流。沿通道布置公共厕所、设备用房、景区管理用房等配套用房。

 

Nanmenli plot: extend the existing pedestrian underpass of South Street to the square inside the south gate, introduce pedestrians from the underground to the South Gate Scenic Area, and realize the three-dimensional diversion of people and vehicles. Public toilets, equipment rooms, scenic area management rooms and other supporting rooms are arranged along the passage.
