天津万科东丽湖五期中心-住宅景观占地约1.5万㎡，以现代极简主义设计手法，提供轴线阳光草坪、景观廊架休息区、儿童活动区、架空层宅间活动空间等，以243元/㎡的超低成本实现了一个功能全面，美观舒适的社区景观环境。 

 

The landscape design proposal for this 1.5ha community uses minimalistic design approach which provides activity lawn, shade structure resting area, children's playground and multifunctional space between buildings. The design has successfully developed a comfortable, beautiful and functionally comprehensive community environment with only 243RMB per square meter as its budget.
