从最大化景观优势出发，设计综合资源布局、建筑形体、功能划分等因素，经过4大类布局形态的近30种方案比选，最终确立点式十字塔楼布局形态。

Starting from the maximization of landscape advantages, the layout of comprehensive resources, architectural form, functional division and other factors are designed. After nearly 30 schemes of four major types of layout forms are compared, the layout form of point type cross tower is finally established.

点式塔楼间距构成社区视觉通廊，保证周边景观与社区的视觉贯通；十字户型布局实现每户均享有270°视角，充分将周围自然景观纳入居家日常，做到时时有景。

项目7栋塔楼高度分布在100米-180米之间，考虑到住宅立面中，凸窗、阳台、空调机位等元素较多，设计希望在庞大体量当中，制定简约、鲜明、统一，且具有个性化的立面语言，包容细部元素，刻画出自然与城市间的和谐韵律。

The height of the seven towers in the project is between 100m and 180m. Considering that there are many elements such as bay windows, balconies and air-conditioning stands in the residential facade, the design hopes to develop a simple, distinct and unified facade language with personalized features, including detailed elements, and depict the harmonious rhythm between nature and the city in the huge volume.

项目采用大实大虚、化繁为简的手法，山墙面使用陶板形成实面，挺拔硬朗；景观面采用玻璃形成虚面，轻盈剔透。

The project adopts the technique of "big solid and big empty" and "transforming complexity into simplicity". The mountain wall uses ceramic plates to form a solid surface, which is straight and strong; The landscape surface is made of glass, which is light and transparent.

在居住建筑高度不断攀升的当下，结构设计关乎室内空间体验的优劣。项目采用的十字形结构布局，有效减少了结构尺寸，让每段收分更加均匀，在更大限度上释放户内空间，同时大大减少了户与户之间的干扰。

The cross shaped structural layout adopted in the project effectively reduces the structural size, makes the score of each section more uniform, releases indoor space to a greater extent, and greatly reduces the interference between households.

在户型设计中，在做到南北通透、享受周边景观的基调下，通过走道长度缩减实现户型紧凑，并根据人居需求，规划动静分区，高效利用户内空间的同时，创造出城市山居独有的生活体验。
