The project is located in the outskirts of Chengdu, with an indoor area of 340 square meters and a yard of 600 square meters. The owner hopes that the space is clean and concise, and try to be functional in design. Do not deliberately pursue style, no air conditioning, no ceiling, and try to weaken the decoration in the traditional sense. How to do subtraction in this large-scale space without appearing empty is the difficulty of design.

家宅，一个看似简单却实为复杂的概念。从“庇护”的角度看，家宅解决的是我们与世界的关系，是我们与外部侵扰相抗衡的最后防线；而从“承载日常”的角度看，家宅还需解决我们与自己的关系，是我们向内探索、强化内心富足的精神领地。

House, a seemingly simple but actually complex concept. From the perspective of "shelter", the house solves the relationship between us and the world, and is the last line of defense against external intrusion; From the perspective of "carrying daily life", the house also needs to solve the relationship between us and ourselves, which is the spiritual territory for us to explore inward and strengthen inner prosperity.

当树影摇曳，阳光和着绿影斑斑点点地洒落进来，整个空间便有了不一样的自然灵韵与静谧之情。整个空间干净、自然、熟稔。

When the shadow of the tree sways and the sun and green shadow come in, the whole space will have a different natural aura and quiet feeling. The whole space is clean, natural and familiar.

有当代空间中体块与体块之间的几何形体之美，也有属于古老感官经验中的大开大合的静穆与轻盈。在这里，墙体一再退避舍让，空间一再连续扩容，放弃一切装饰、一切色彩、一切符号与形式，让空间回归通透与自由，让生活回归生活本身。这便是空间极致的力量。

There is the beauty of geometry between blocks in contemporary space, and there is also the tranquility and lightness of openness and openness in ancient sensory experience. Here, the wall retreats again and again, the space continues to expand again and again, giving up all decorations, all colors, all symbols and forms, making the space return to transparency and freedom, and making life return to life itself. This is the ultimate power of space.

法国哲学家加斯东·巴什拉在《空间的诗学》中讲到：“家宅的存在与我们的存在相契合，并将以整体的方式自行展开。”这指的便是人与空间的双向互动关系。因为住宅空间中最令我们着迷的，往往是空间的情绪以及人居住于此的心灵体验。因此，空间如何依循着主人的心性、气质、偏好与日常行为而缓缓展开，是一个私宅能否向更高的精神领域升华的关键。

The French philosopher Gaston bachela said in the Poetics of space: "the existence of the house is consistent with our existence and will unfold itself in a holistic way." This refers to the two-way interaction between man and space. Because what fascinates us most in the residential space is often the emotion of the space and the spiritual experience of people living here. Therefore, the key to the sublimation of a private house to a higher spiritual field is how to slowly expand the space according to the owner's mind, temperament, preference and daily behavior.

在这套别墅的处理过程中，进入精神领域的方式可以归纳为两点：一是通过空间超乎寻常的尺度来实现，二是通过空间的组织方式得以完成。在这里，我们可以感受到，空间的组织始终由内向外生成，呈现出独立性极强的私人形态，如被打上了个人烙印一般。这是这套作品最独特之处，也是最有魅力的地方。

In the process of handling this villa, the way to enter the spiritual field can be summarized into two points: one is to achieve it through the extraordinary scale of space, and the other is to complete it through the organization of space. Here, we can feel that the organization of space is always generated from the inside to the outside, presenting a private form with strong independence, such as being branded with a personal brand. This is the most unique and charming part of this set of works.

在如此大的空间尺度之下，如何让空间清澈、通透，则得益于设计师Nemo对空间秩序的控制。日常生活往往琐碎、混乱、无序，但干净的空间切割的方式与清晰明了的空间动线的规划，却能够让碎片化的现代性日常得以安之若素，使空间能够从现代文明所造成的物质丰富与精神匮乏的悖离中，发掘出精神上与情感上的丰富性与纯粹性。不难想象，空间格局的重组是这个作品得以呈现的关键，对原建筑的改动可以说是大刀阔斧。

Under such a large spatial scale, how to make the space clear and transparent benefits from the designer Nemo's control over the spatial order. Daily life is often trivial, chaotic and disordered, but the clean way of space cutting and the clear planning of space moving line can make the fragmented modernity comfortable in daily life, and enable space to explore the spiritual and emotional richness and purity from the contradiction between material abundance and spiritual scarcity caused by modern civilization. It is not difficult to imagine that the reorganization of the spatial pattern is the key to the presentation of this work, and the changes to the original building can be said to be drastic.

一楼的非承重墙几乎被全部拆除，使得一楼在平面上呈现出开放的状态，呼应着7米高的纵向挑高，让空间延续而流动。二楼则是根据光、视野、需求的不同，进行功能空间的重新规划与组合，形成不同的空间形式与尺度，增强居住体验与空间呵护感。

Almost all the non bearing walls on the ground floor have been removed, making the ground floor open on the plane, echoing the 7-meter-high vertical height, allowing the space to continue and flow. On the second floor, the functional space is re planned and combined according to the different light, vision and needs to form different space forms and scales to enhance the living experience and the sense of space care.

对空间纯粹性的极致追求，一言以蔽之，返璞归真。而返璞归真的痕迹，则表现在空间细节当中。在这里，大量水泥自流平的使用、顶面空间的裸露处理方式、卧室里温润的木地板对空间情绪的承接、白色乳胶漆墙面以简单细腻的方式让空间不断转换延伸，这一切都让空间获得了本质性的力量，让纯粹成为日常生活中可感知、可探寻的一部分。毫无疑问，这是一套有着自我态度和自我诉求的私宅空间。

The ultimate pursuit of spatial purity, in a word, is to return to nature. The traces of returning to nature are reflected in the spatial details. Here, the use of a large number of cement self leveling, the exposed treatment of the top space, the reception of space emotions by the warm wooden floor in the bedroom, and the continuous transformation and extension of the space by the white emulsion paint wall in a simple and delicate way have all enabled the space to acquire an essential force, making the pure a perceptible and explorable part of daily life. There is no doubt that this is a private residence space with self attitude and self appeal.

空间内敛、克制，尽量不予显露人为的痕迹，让渡并激发着空间的生命力，散发出迷人的光芒。在这里，设计师Nemo用看似最简单的方式，完成了一次润物无声的内在转化，还原了生活的日常本真与精神质性。

The space is introverted and restrained, trying not to reveal artificial traces, transferring and stimulating the vitality of the space, emitting charming light. Here, the designer Nemo completed a silent internal transformation of moistening things in the seemingly simplest way, restoring the daily truth and spiritual quality of life.
