Located in the north of Yantai Economic and Technological Development Zone, Changyu Castle is a modern winery integrating wine brewing, tourism, leisure and entertainment.

张裕·卡斯特酒庄是烟台张裕葡萄酿酒股份有限公司与法国卡斯特集团于2001年与合资建立的，致力于以法国Chateau模式酿造高端葡萄酒，专业生产采用法国工艺的酒庄酒。张裕·卡斯特酒庄位于烟台经济技术开发区北于家，是集葡萄酒酿造、旅游观光、休闲娱乐多功能于一体的现代化酒庄。

Changyu Caster Winery is a joint venture established by Yantai Changyu Wine Co., Ltd. and French Caster Group in 2001. It is committed to brewing high-end wine in the French Chateau mode, specializing in the production of winery wine with French technology. Located in the north of Yantai Economic and Technological Development Zone, Changyu Castle is a modern winery integrating wine brewing, tourism, leisure and entertainment.

作为亚洲唯一的国际葡萄·葡萄酒城，每年的9月份，烟台都敞开怀抱迎接着来自全国各地和海外的葡萄酒爱好者们，“葡萄酒休闲旅游”正在成为烟台这座东方葡萄酒城的一大亮点。

As the only international grape and wine city in Asia, Yantai welcomes wine lovers from all over the country and overseas with open arms every September. "Wine leisure tourism" is becoming a highlight of Yantai, the Oriental wine city.

张裕·卡斯特酒庄整体设计采用欧式庄园风格，兼纳中欧建筑的精华，其中广场及室内装饰、专业品酒室均出自法国顶级建筑设计师、法国建筑协会会员Marcel Mirande之手。整个酒庄由8300平方米的主体建筑、5公顷的广场及葡萄品种园以及135公顷的酿酒葡萄园组成，占地总面积140公顷，气势恢宏。

The overall design of Changyu Castel Winery adopts the European style manor style and incorporates the essence of Central European architecture. The square, interior decoration and professional wine tasting room are all created by Marcel Mirande, a top French architect and member of the French Architectural Association. The whole winery is composed of 8300 square meters of main buildings, 5 hectares of squares and vineyards, and 135 hectares of wine vineyards. It covers a total area of 140 hectares and is magnificent.

张裕·卡斯特酒庄的地下大酒窖总面积2700平方米，深4.5米，总体划分为三个贮藏区：瓶式发酵起泡酒贮区、葡萄酒(干红、干白)贮区、特种酒(特级甜葡萄酒、高级冰酒)贮区。酒窖配备从意大利进口的添酒机、洗桶机用于橡木桶的添酒清洗等精细化管理，设备水平达到国际先进水平。酒窖常年温度12-16℃，湿度75-85%，保证了所贮藏的各种酒的充分酝酿和缓慢成熟。

The underground large wine cellar of Changyu Caster has a total area of 2700 square meters and a depth of 4.5 meters. It is generally divided into three storage areas: bottle fermentation sparkling wine storage area, wine (dry red, dry white) storage area, and special wine (super sweet wine, super ice wine) storage area. The wine cellar is equipped with wine adding machine and barrel washing machine imported from Italy for fine management such as wine adding and washing of oak barrels, and the equipment level has reached the international advanced level. The wine cellar has a perennial temperature of 12-16 ℃ and a humidity of 75-85%, which ensures the full brewing and slow maturity of various wines stored.

与法国波尔多同一纬度的烟台是中国最宜种植优良酿酒葡萄的地域，适宜葡萄的发芽、生长、开花、结果，葡萄枝条不需埋土亦可越冬，具有得天独厚之说。位于烟台开发区北于家村的张裕·卡斯特酒庄无疑占据了兼收一切资源的天赐宝地。

Yantai, at the same latitude as Bordeaux, France, is the most suitable region for planting fine wine grapes in China. It is suitable for the germination, growth, flowering and fruiting of grapes. Grape branches can survive the winter without burying soil, which is unique. Changyu Caster winery, located in Yujia Village, north of Yantai Development Zone, undoubtedly occupies the godsend treasure of all resources.

张裕·卡斯特酒庄葡萄园占地135公顷，主要5种种植酿酒葡萄品种，包括蛇龙珠45公顷；赤霞珠45公顷；梅鹿辄15公顷，烟七三15公顷。酒庄优越的自然条件和栽培措施保证了各葡萄品种充分成熟，并获得优良的质量。

Changyu Castor Vineyard covers an area of 135 hectares, with five main varieties of wine grapes planted, including 45 hectares of Cabernet Sauvignon; Cabernet Sauvignon 45 hectares; Merlot covers 15 hectares, and tobacco 7315 hectares. The superior natural conditions and cultivation measures of the winery ensure that all grape varieties are fully mature and obtain excellent quality.

走进张裕卡斯特酒庄，首先映入眼帘的就是弓形的鲜食葡萄长廊，除此之外，卡斯特还种植了千亩葡萄园，种植了维多利亚、京亚、京秀、巨峰、无核、红提等鲜食葡萄品种，现在正值酒庄的葡萄采摘季，硕果累累的葡萄挂在藤上等待游客采摘。

When you enter Changyu Caster, you will first see the arched fresh grape corridor. In addition, Caster has planted thousands of acres of vineyards, including Victoria, Jingya, Jingxiu, Jufeng, seedless, red grapes and other fresh grape varieties. Now it is the grape picking season of the winery, and the fruitful grapes are hanging on the vine waiting for tourists to pick.

收获季节，温润玉圆的葡萄，大珠小珠落玉盘似地唱起香甜的歌。酒庄工作人员介绍，张裕坚持“七分原料，三分工艺”的品质原则，始终认为“好葡萄酒是种出来的”。目前，张裕已形成一整套葡萄种植管理模式，在所有葡萄基地均建立了国家级种植专家、张裕技术管理团队、当地合作社级技术人员三级技术服务体系。用IC卡对种植园建档，对葡萄园的标准化管理过程进行跟踪，随时都能追溯和查寻葡萄原料的质量和来源。

Use IC card to file the plantation, track the standardized management process of the vineyard, and trace and find the quality and source of grape raw materials at any time.
