工程概况：

银川财富汇是一个集办公、软件、数码、医疗、娱乐为一体的园区。总建设用地面积1163300平方米，总建筑面积174166平方米。其中金融街公建84000平方米， 4S店3575平方米，派出所1100平方米，办公综合区86491平方米。

Project overview:

Yinchuan Fortune Collection is a park integrating office, software, digital, medical and entertainment. The total construction land area is 1163300 square meters, and the total construction area is 174166 square meters. Among them, 84000 square meters of public buildings in Financial Street, 3575 square meters of 4S stores, 1100 square meters of police stations, and 86491 square meters of office complex.

设计理念：

生活并不是园区的主题，而工作却是生活的重要部分，因此，我们将园区设想为生活的一部分，让设计追寻人们所需要的工作和生活行迹，探询最理想的生活方式。园区的规划设计源于自由、自然、智能立方、空间立方、发展立方、地标立方的设计宗旨，力求使园区成为具有自由而和谐的办公环境、与大自然亲密接触、效率化的生产空间、具有鲜明的个性的企业园区。

Design concept:

Life is not the theme of the park, but work is an important part of life. Therefore, we conceive the park as a part of life, let the design pursue the work and life tracks people need, and explore the most ideal way of life. The planning and design of the park originates from the design purposes of freedom, nature, intelligent cube, space cube, development cube and landmark cube, and strives to make the park a free and harmonious office environment, an efficient production space with close contact with nature, and an enterprise park with distinctive personality.

办公室平面采用方形体块，大大提高了使用面积，组合使用灵活、多变，以适应不同企业需求，整个室内的进深不大于8.4米,建筑的各面均可以采光通风。

The square block is used in the office plane, which greatly increases the use area. The combination is flexible and changeable to meet the needs of different enterprises. The depth of the whole room is not more than 8.4 meters, and all sides of the building can be lighted and ventilated.

设计中充分考虑到＂三新＂技术的运用，推广新型建筑材料。

The application of "three new" technologies shall be fully considered in the design, and new building materials shall be promoted.

立面倡导简洁、明快与现代感的有机结合，注重空间造型手法的变化，使整个园区既协调统一，又富于变化。对室内外环境、平面功能、立面造型进行精心设计，使入驻的人们可以愉快、舒心的工作。

The facade advocates the organic combination of simplicity, lightness and modernity, and pays attention to the change of space modeling techniques, so that the whole park is both coordinated and unified, and full of changes. The indoor and outdoor environment, plane function and facade modeling are carefully designed so that people who settle in can work happily and comfortably.

这是一片充满活力的区域，它体现着我们在设计建造这一建筑群落之初的内心理想，为这些面对未来不断发展变化的企业提供一个可与之匹配的、又温暖、舒适、宁静的企业空间。
