该项目包含1.1平方公里内部市政道路（1、西外环路按城市主干道建设，道路全长1600米，其中西外环路A段道路长775米，道路红线宽度50米，西外环C段道路长825米，道路红线宽度为40米；2、吉昌路B段按城市主干道修建、道路全长约550米，道路红线宽度为32米；3、古塘西路按城市主干道修建，道路全长约960米，道路红线宽度为32.8米；4、景观西环路、田北新路、一号规划路、二号规划路、三号规划路、景观东环路按城市支路修建，全长约2300米）及四大主题公园（约90000㎡）

Project Introduction:

The project includes 1.1 square kilometers of internal municipal roads (1) The West Outer Ring Road is constructed as an urban trunk road with a total length of 1600 meters, including 775 meters for Section A of the West Outer Ring Road with a red line width of 50 meters, 825 meters for Section C of the West Outer Ring Road with a red line width of 40 meters; 2. Section B of Jichang Road is constructed as an urban trunk road with a total length of about 550 meters and a red line width of 32 meters; 3. Gutang West Road is constructed as an urban trunk road with a total length of about 960 meters and a red line width of 32.8 meters; 4. Landscape West Ring Road, Tianbei New Road, No.1 Guihua Road, No.2 Guihua Road, No.3 Guihua Road, and Landscape East Ring Road are constructed as urban branch roads with a total length of about 2300 meters and four major theme parks (about 90000 ㎡)

吉水县高铁新区生态小镇PPP项目位于吉水县金滩镇古塘村，于2018年5月开工，计划2021年10月竣工。主要建设以吉水西站为中心的核心区域，面积约1.07平方公里。建设内容包括市政道路（9.34公里）、站前广场（22.2亩）、公交站（34.1亩）、出租车停靠区（20.1亩）、社会车辆停靠区（12.9亩）、进出站连廊、智慧旅游中心（600平米）、中心绿地广场（24亩）、军事主题公园（133亩）等。区域内的基础设施采取PPP模式建设，项目总投资约5.1亿元。

The PPP Project for Ecological Town in Jishui High Speed Rail New Area is located in Gutang Village, Jintan Town, Jishui County. It was started in May 2018 and is scheduled to be completed in October 2021. The main construction area is the core area centered on Jishui West Station, with an area of about 1.07 square kilometers. The construction content includes municipal roads (9.34 kilometers), station square (22.2 mu), bus station (34.1 mu), taxi parking area (20.1 mu), social vehicle parking area (12.9 mu), access corridor, smart tourism center (600 square meters), central green space square (24 mu), military theme park (133 mu), etc. The infrastructure in the region is constructed in PPP mode, with a total investment of about 510 million yuan.

项目目前已完成了配合高铁开通的进站路网、站前广场、市民公园等主要基础设施建设。

Currently, the project has completed the construction of main infrastructure such as the entrance road network, the station square, and the citizen park to coordinate the opening of the high-speed railway.

整个区块建成后、将形成一个集综合交通枢纽、绿色生态的高品质住宅、新型商业、度假休闲为一体的生态小镇。作为吉泰走廊的北门户，同时又作为我县工业园区商务洽谈、产品展示的重要平台，又是我县“红古绿”旅游资源展示窗口。未来将成为京九高铁上一道靓丽风景，带动整个区域的经济社会发展。

After the completion of the entire block, it will form an ecological town that integrates comprehensive transportation hub, high-quality green ecological housing, new business, vacation and leisure. As the north portal of the Jitai Corridor, it is also an important platform for business negotiation and product display in the industrial park of our county, and it is also a window for displaying the "red ancient green" tourism resources of our county. In the future, it will become a beautiful scenery on the Beijing-Kowloon high-speed railway, driving the economic and social development of the entire region.
