工程概况：

项目所在颖北拓展区：北邻北环路，南至颍北大道，西至聂政台路，东接现S103，面积约21平方公里。由西向东依次分生态科教、生活服务、产业服务三个组团。大学西路（聂政台路至逍遥路）与大学中路（学府西路至轩辕路）为东西向重要景观道路，南临颍河和森林植物园；燕京二路与学府西路及为南北向重要道路。

Project overview:

The project is located in Yingbei Development Zone, which is adjacent to North Ring Road in the north, Yingbei Avenue in the south, Niezhengtai Road in the west, and S103 in the east, with an area of about 21 square kilometers. From west to east, it is divided into three groups: ecological science and education, life services, and industrial services. Daxue West Road (Niezhengtai Road to Xiaoyao Road) and Daxue Middle Road (Xuefu West Road to Xuanyuan Road) are important east-west landscape roads, bordering the Yinghe River and Forest Botanical Garden in the south; Yanjing Second Road and Xuefu West Road are important north-south roads.

（1）大学路中段绿化西起学府西路，东至轩辕路，全长1071.81米，中间分车绿化带宽5米，人行道绿化带宽3米，北侧景观绿化带宽10米，南侧逍遥湖周边及白沙水库东干渠北侧公园绿地52247.26平方米，概算投资2150.49万元，建设内容包括园建、给水、绿化种植等；

(1) The greening of the middle section of Daxue Road starts from Xuefu West Road in the west and ends at Xuanyuan Road in the east, with a total length of 1071.81 meters. The greening belt for the middle split car is 5 meters, the greening belt for the sidewalk is 3 meters, the greening belt for the north landscape is 10 meters, the greening belt for the park around Xiaoyao Lake in the south and the north side of the East Main Canal of Baisha Reservoir is 52247.26 square meters, and the estimated investment is 21.5049 million yuan. The construction content includes garden construction, water supply, green planting, etc;

（2）大学路西段绿化西起颍北大道，东至逍遥路，全长2303米，中间分车绿化带宽5米，人行道绿化带宽3米，两侧景观绿化带宽10米，概算投资1491万元，建设内容包括园建、给水、绿化种植等；

(2) The greening of the west section of Daxue Road starts from Yingbei Avenue in the west and ends at Xiaoyao Road in the east, with a total length of 2303 meters. The greening belt for the middle split car is 5 meters, the greening belt for the sidewalk is 3 meters, and the greening belt for both sides is 10 meters. The estimated investment is 14.91 million yuan. The construction content includes garden construction, water supply, greening and planting, etc;

（3）学府西路道路绿化北起大学路中段，南至颍北大道，全长1240.22米，分车绿化带宽2.5米，人行道绿化带宽1.5米，两侧景观绿化带宽15米，概算投资1049.41万元，建设内容包括园建、给水、绿化种植等；

(3) The greening of Xuefu West Road starts from the middle section of Daxue Road in the north and ends at Yingbei Avenue in the south, with a total length of 1240.22 meters. The greening belt for divided vehicles is 2.5 meters, the greening belt for sidewalks is 1.5 meters, and the greening belt for both sides is 15 meters. The estimated investment is 10.4941 million yuan, and the construction content includes garden construction, water supply, green planting, etc;

（4）燕井二路道路绿化北起智慧大道，南至大学路中段，全长685.05米，分车绿化带宽2.5米，人行道绿化带宽1.5米，两侧景观绿化带宽15米，概算投资572.42万元，建设内容包括园建、给水、绿化种植等。

(4) The greening of Yanjing Second Road starts from Wisdom Avenue in the north and ends at the middle section of Daxue Road in the south, with a total length of 685.05 meters. The greening belt for divided vehicles is 2.5 meters, the greening belt for sidewalks is 1.5 meters, and the greening belt for both sides is 15 meters. The estimated investment is 5.7242 million yuan. The construction content includes garden construction, water supply, greening and planting, etc.
