德保矮马王国项目是德保县重点推进的旅游重大项目之一，项目位于德保县燕峒乡兴旺村（吉星岩AAAA景区出口处）。分三期建设，规划面积约1200亩，一期规划总占地面积约800亩，首期开发建设约400亩，项目后续计划将与吉星岩西侧土地打造田园综合体，并与中国德保矮马保种基地联动，打包创建国家AAAAA级旅游景区。

Debao Pony Kingdom project is one of the major tourism projects promoted by Debao County. The project is located in Xingwang Village, Yandong Township, Debao County (exit of Jixingyan AAAA scenic spot). The first phase covers a total area of about 800 mu. The first phase will be developed and constructed about 400 mu. The follow-up plan of the project is to build a pastoral complex with the land west of Jixingyan, and link with China Debao Pony Breeding Base to create a national AAAAA tourist attraction.

目前建成的一期工程项目内容有跑马场、萌宠乐园、攀爬部落、树屋酒店、帐篷酒店、矮马小镇（含霍比特矮人小屋、帐篷剧场、矮马博物馆、马型播放室等项目）。二、三期规划面积约400亩，主要建设世界名马园、欢乐大马戏、户外生态餐厅、鹿鸣苑野奢帐篷屋、鸟语谷生态度假屋等项目。德保矮马王国项目按照“一年出产品，两年塑品牌，三年构产业”发展思路，秉承“互联网+、旅游+”的理念，注册了矮马王国和矮马吉祥物商标等知识产权，以德保矮马王国为平台拍摄矮马王国动漫片系列品牌，让德保矮马根植在全国乃至世界青少年儿童童话世界里，让德保矮马演绎成世界上最出名的马，力争把德保矮马打造成“矮马+动漫、游戏软件、玩具、服装、毛巾、袜子……”全产业链跨界融合发展的强IP品牌产业，打造中国家庭亲子游强IP旅游目的地,打造中国特色产业融合小镇、中国特色文创旅游小镇，促进德保新型城镇化建设，推动德保经济社会发展，为创建广西特色旅游城市奠定坚实的基础。

园区内共分5大区域：

停车区：整体车位600个，正式停车场278个，备用停车场322个；
游客中心：内设售票、咨询、投诉、医疗、应急、卫生间等服务功能，能更好的为游客提供服务，入口闸机具有二维码、一卡通、人脸识别等多种识别功能；
商业区（矮马小镇）：其中业态使用自营与招商相结合，在保证业态品质的同时丰富内部业态形式，通过市场化的操作吸引外来商家经商与带动周边就业；
酒店区：酒店以两种形态呈现，一是树屋形式紧邻儿童攀爬乐园主打家庭主题，二是帐篷酒店，置身于花海中，以浪漫温馨为主题；
游乐区：游乐内容有儿童攀爬乐园、矮马剧场、萌宠乐园、观赏马厩、跑马场、花海、环山马道等为游客提供丰富别样的观赏与互动体验。

The park is divided into 5 areas:

Parking area: 600 overall parking Spaces, 278 formal parking lots, 322 standby parking lots;
Visitor center: equipped with ticket sales, consultation, complaints, medical treatment, emergency, toilet and other service functions, it can better provide services for tourists. The entrance gate is equipped with TWO-DIMENSIONAL code, one-card, face recognition and other recognition functions;
Business district (Pony Town) : the combination of self-management and investment promotion ensures the quality of business format while enriching the internal business format, attracting foreign businesses to do business and driving surrounding employment through market-oriented operation;
Hotel area: The hotel is presented in two forms: one is the tree house, which is close to the children's climbing park and has a family theme; the other is the tent hotel, which is surrounded by flowers and has a romantic and warm theme;
Recreation area: The amusement contents include children's climbing park, pony theater, pet park, stables, racecourse, sea of flowers, and horse path around the mountain, providing tourists with rich viewing and interactive experience.

在园区内还会穿插一些萌系小动物为景区营造自然氛围，小动物有“土拨鼠、耳廓狐、小浣熊、小松鼠、安哥拉兔、垂耳兔、广场鸽”，还有轮式小火车、观光马车等为游客提供多样的园内交通，让大小游客均能亲近大自然，体验丰富多彩的游乐项目，让德保矮马的形象与精神深刻于人们心中。
