设计理念:

项目位于韶关市中心东堤路,以清末岭南民居为主,总长1300米。历史上是孙中山北伐的起点,有多处历史文化遗迹。现状无序改扩建,以及滞后的经营模式,不合适宜的空间模式等。本项目改造完成后期望成为闻名全国的历史文化街区,韶关最有特色的历史文化街区,重要的市民文化休闲中心,文化展区。

 

Design philosophy:

The project is located at Dongdi Road in the center of Shaoguan City, mainly composed of Lingnan dwellings in the late Qing Dynasty, with a total length of 1300 meters. Historically, it was the starting point of Sun Yat sen's Northern Expedition, with multiple historical and cultural relics. The current disorderly reconstruction and expansion, as well as the lagging business model, inappropriate spatial model, etc. After the renovation of this project is completed, it is expected to become a nationally renowned historical and cultural block, the most distinctive historical and cultural block in Shaoguan, an important civic cultural and leisure center, and a cultural exhibition area.

 

 

坚持保护历史文化、以民为本的原则,在保留原有老街区风格风貌的基础上,统一规划,统一设计,统一市政配套建设,统一施工,把东提路打造成为集即可旅游、购物、享受特色餐饮,又可怀旧、亲水、休闲及融粤北地方风情为一体的商业街区。

历史街区应该是一个开放系统,它应是一个让市民,游客看得见、摸得着的客观存在,不断地从外界获得信息和能量,才有可能不停地向前进步。历史街区可以“修旧如旧”,但却不可以在发展机制中“守旧如旧”。
