兵团乌鲁木齐农产品批发交易市场项目位于104 团四连，南至军事区、北至四连办公室、东至乌奎高速路、西至通连公路。项目选址在开发区内，供水、供电设施齐全，交通配套设施也较好。

The Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps Urumqi Agricultural Products Wholesale Trading Market project is located in the Fourth Company of the 104th Regiment, extending south to the military zone, north to the Fourth Company Office, east to the Wukui Expressway, and west to the Tonglian Highway. The project is located within the development zone, with complete water and power supply facilities and good transportation facilities.

项目东侧为G312国道和乌奎高速公路，道路两侧均为耕地，目前已规划确定用地红线后退高速公路50米，沿路形成隔离带。西侧在原有道路基础上拓宽为45米通连公路，规划红线退道路红线30米作为城市景观绿化带。

On the east side of the project are G312 National Highway and Wukui Expressway, both sides of which are cultivated land. Currently, the red line of the land has been planned to retreat 50 meters from the expressway, forming an isolation zone along the road. On the west side, a 45 meter connecting road will be widened on the basis of the existing road, and the planned red line will be retracted by 30 meters to serve as the urban landscape green belt.

项目总体为西高东低，南高北低，规划红线内用地较为平坦，建设条件良好。
