设计理念：

项目基地位于阿克苏东北方入口的314国道南线和北线的交界处南侧，处于阿克苏特色产业园区（东园）规划区内。

Design concept:

The project base is located on the south side of the intersection of the South and North lines of National Highway 314 at the northeast entrance of Aksu, within the planned area of Aksu Characteristic Industrial Park (East Park).

规划用地面积324472.28平方米。基地东侧为规划道路，南侧为新疆浩源天然气股份有限公司，西侧为乌喀路，北侧为规划道路。用地南北长536.57米，东西长825.65米，最高点高程为742.98米，最低点为740.20米，场地内无复杂地形。

The planned land area is 324472.28 square meters. The east side of the base is a planned road, the south side is Xinjiang Haoyuan Natural Gas Co., Ltd., the west side is Wuka Road, and the north side is a planned road. The land is 536.57 meters long from north to south, 825.65 meters long from east to west, with the highest point elevation of 742.98 meters and the lowest point elevation of 740.20 meters. There is no complex terrain within the site.
