In terms of vehicle transportation, the base is mainly connected to the outside through the planned third road on the west side and Xincheng Middle Road on the east side. The design fully utilizes the location and landscape advantages of the planned land, shaping the overall beauty of the city. The planned building scheme reflects:

4. Emphasize energy conservation and environmental protection design.

根据容积计算，02地块地上为20层，其中一、二层为商业，三层为企业展示厅，四至二十层为办公，09地块地上为26层，其中地上一、二层为商业，三层为企业展示厅和部分商业，四至二十六层为办公。
