中国青城国际颐养中心（简称“青城国际”），位于青城山下凤栖谷，环境优美、气候温润、冬暖夏凉。距离成都市中心50公里，是个让人能够摆脱拥挤嘈杂的都市，并拥有专业医疗养护服务以及生活配套的养老环境，让居住者享受到颐养天年的乐趣。

China Qingcheng International Health Care Center (referred to as "Qingcheng International") is located in Fengqi Valley at the foot of Qingcheng Mountain, with beautiful environment, mild climate, warm winter and cool summer. 工程概况：

项目所在用地位于崇州街子古镇，距青城山8公里，距崇州市区23公里，距成都60公里。用地分为三期开发用地，用地西南侧临川西旅游环线。顺延街子古镇街区的老川西旅游环线降一、三两期用地和二期用地分开。一、三期用地场地内有4-5米高差，二期用地基本平缓。

Project Overview:

The project site is located in Jiezi Ancient Town, Chongzhou, 8km away from Qingcheng Mountain, 23km away from Chongzhou urban area and 60km away from Chengdu. The land is divided into three phases of development land, with the southwest side of the land adjacent to the West Sichuan Tourism Ring Road. The land for the first and third phases of the Old Chuanxi Tourism Ring Road in the ancient town block of Shunyan Street is separated from the land for the second phase. 1、 There is a height difference of 4-5 meters within the third phase of the land use site, while the second phase of the land use is basically flat.

项目总体规划占地约800亩，一期用地约1 7 0 亩, 二期用地约4 3 0亩，三期用地约2 0 0 亩。本项目用地远离繁华闹市，空气清新，气候宜人，交通便利，规划将建成老年人养老、休闲、娱乐为一体的颐养天年的理想休养场所，为入住老年人营造温馨的家园氛围。

大观镇地处都江堰市西南部，青城山旅游景区环山旅游带南线，北邻青城山镇，南接街子镇，幅员面积63km²（大观镇平坝区面积13km²，山区面积50km²，是成青快速通道线点，被新、旧川西旅游环线（S106线）南北贯穿，通过成青快速通道与成灌高速相连，交通十分便利是继青城山镇与街子镇之后，都江堰市倾力打造的又一个人文、景观旅游重镇。

It is another important cultural and landscape tourism town built by Dujiangyan Irrigation Project City after Qingchengshan Town and Jiezi Town.

青城山气候两大特点:
