设计理念：

中国·青城国际颐养中心占地1000余亩。按照中国工程院付小兵院士提出的“医养”、“颐养”、“怡养”三养结合的智慧·大健康理念。

Design concept:

The Qingcheng International Leisure Center in China covers an area of over 1000 acres. According to the wisdom and great health concept of combination of "medical care", "self care" and "comfortable care" put forward by Academician Fu Xiaobing of the Chinese Academy of Engineering.

其一，医养，由四川省人民医院医疗集团·成都青城山医院和医养拓展区所组成。其中医院里包含老年专病疗养区、四川省人民医院健康管理中心成都青城山分部、付小兵院士的抗衰老生命科学研究应用院士工作站、远程诊疗中心，集老年健康体检和专病治疗、康复、疗养、养生、生命科学研究应用为一体。

First, medical care is composed of Sichuan Provincial People's Hospital Medical Group, Chengdu Qingcheng Mountain Hospital and medical care expansion zone. Among them, the hospital includes the elderly health care area, Sichuan Provincial People's Hospital Health Management Center Qingcheng Mountain Branch in Chengdu, Academician Fu Xiaobing's anti-aging life science research and application workstation, and remote diagnosis and treatment center, integrating elderly health examination and special disease treatment, rehabilitation, recuperation, health preservation, and life science research and application.

其二，颐养。由中国·青城国际颐养中心颐养大楼、滨湖高端颐养院落所组成；颐养大楼为机构养老，并与国际知名养老运营机构“日本礼爱集团” 签约合作，借鉴国外先进的养老服务管理模式，首创的小组团家庭式颐养院落。将通过引进日本养老机构的专业管理技术及服务，为老年朋友呈现高水平、国际化的健康养老服务。

Secondly, taking care of oneself. Composed of the Qingcheng International Leisure Center Leisure Building and the high-end lakeside leisure courtyard in China; The Elderly Care Building is an institutional nursing home, and has signed a contract with the internationally renowned elderly care operation organization "Japan Liai Group". Drawing on advanced elderly care service management models from abroad, it is the first group and family style nursing home. We will introduce professional management technology and services from Japanese elderly care institutions to provide high-level and international health and elderly care services for elderly friends.

其三，怡养。由西区高端养老别院和东区花园洋房两部分组成。东区退台式花园洋房和花园塔楼空中合院面积区间在44-116平米，室内空间便利人性化，精装修带地暖，且在各个细节更加适应长者生活的需求，退台式花园洋房户户均有超大景观阳台，将实现室外园林景观与山水风景引入建筑内部，还原更多绿色共享空间。花园塔楼空中合院的室外花园是休息交流的场所，增进了邻里往来，让整个住区内部充满邻里和谐和温暖，让长者们回到童年的合院生活，享受邻里之情。

Thirdly, Yiyang. It consists of two parts: a high-end nursing home in the western district and a garden villa in the eastern district. The area range of the eastern district retreat style garden villa and garden tower air courtyard is between 44 to 116 square meters. The indoor space is convenient and humanized, with refined decoration and floor heating, and various details are more suitable for the needs of the elderly. Each household of the retreat style garden villa has a super large landscape balcony, which will introduce outdoor garden landscape and landscape scenery into the interior of the building, restoring more green shared space. The outdoor garden in the courtyard above the garden tower is a place for rest and communication, which enhances neighborhood communication, fills the entire residential area with harmony and warmth, and allows the elderly to return to their childhood courtyard life and enjoy the feeling of neighbors.

工程概况：

项目所在用地位于崇州街子古镇，距青城山8公里，距崇州市区23公里，距成都60公里。用地分为三期开发用地，用地西南侧临川西旅游环线。顺延街子古镇街区的老川西旅游环线降一、三两期用地和二期用地分开。一、三期用地场地内有4-5米高差，二期用地基本平缓。

Project Overview:

The project site is located in Jiezi Ancient Town, Chongzhou, 8km away from Qingcheng Mountain, 23km away from Chongzhou urban area and 60km away from Chengdu. The land is divided into three phases of development land, with the southwest side of the land adjacent to the West Sichuan Tourism Ring Road. The land for the first and third phases of the Old Chuanxi Tourism Ring Road in the ancient town block of Shunyan Street is separated from the land for the second phase. 1、 There is a height difference of 4-5 meters within the third phase of the land use site, while the second phase of the land use is basically flat.

项目总体规划占地约800亩，一期用地约170亩, 二期用地约430亩，三期用地约200亩。本项目用地远离繁华闹市，空气清新，气候宜人，交通便利，规划将建成老年人养老、休闲、娱乐为一体的颐养天年的理想休养场所，为入住老年人营造温馨的家园氛围。

The overall planning of the project covers an area of approximately 800 acres, with approximately 170 acres for Phase I, 430 acres for Phase II, and 200 acres for Phase III. The land used for this project is far from the bustling city, with fresh air, pleasant climate, and convenient transportation. It is planned to build an ideal resting place for the elderly to take care of themselves, leisure, and entertainment, creating a warm home atmosphere for the elderly.

休闲娱乐配套方面，这里规划有完善的活动中心：凤巢。据悉，凤巢借鉴九寨天堂的设计，顶部采用光伏材料，可在晴天自动打开，为人们提供一个室内花园，是全天候老年颐养生活基地，拥有洲际假日度假温泉酒店、学术会议中心、老年照护培训中心、咖啡馆、茶馆及餐饮娱乐等功能配套。

In terms of leisure and entertainment facilities, there is a well-established activity center planned here: Fengchao. It is reported that Fengchao draws inspiration from the design of Jiuzhai Paradise, with a top made of photovoltaic material that can automatically open on sunny days, providing people with an indoor garden. It is an all-weather elderly lifestyle base, equipped with intercontinental holiday hot spring hotels, academic conference centers, elderly care training centers, cafes, teahouses, and catering and entertainment facilities.

在项目北侧，将打造约200亩的生态湿地公园，为社区居住者提供健康乐园，公园涵盖了生态渔场、主题花卉园、林间步道等板块。

On the north side of the project, an ecological wetland park of approximately 200 acres will be built to provide a health park for community residents. The park covers areas such as ecological fishing grounds, themed flower gardens, and forest trails.

同时，项目还将在东区打造滨水休闲商业区，配置有风情商业街区、社区集市、社区特色商业服务中心、购物超市、主题滨河公园等配套，可以满足居住者对生活的各类需求；同时政府将配套小学、幼儿园、农贸市场等，满足业主的教育需求和居家生活需求。

At the same time, the project will also create a waterfront leisure commercial area in the eastern district, equipped with supporting facilities such as a stylish commercial block, community market, community characteristic commercial service center, shopping supermarket, and themed riverside park, which can meet the various needs of residents for their daily lives; At the same time, the government will provide supporting facilities for primary schools, kindergartens, and farmers' markets to meet the educational and home living needs of homeowners.
