简介：我们尝试让鸭子滩的复兴计划切入整个南长街的发展之中。以卢米埃影院的进驻为切合点，结合周边形态，形成一种主题体验业态组合。

Introduction: We tried to put the recovery plan involving the Ducks Beach into the development of the entire Nan Chang Jie. Combined with surrounding environments, the settlement of Lumiere Cinema was a relevant point in order to achieve a theme experience format portfolio.

利用主题化的设计，强化鸭子滩在无锡人中的印象。并且利用这种新的复合业态来拉长整个南长街的经营时间，加厚他的商业深度。让复兴推动整个片区可持续的长效发展。

The theme design was used to strengthen the image of Ducks Beach to the people in Wuxi. And this new composite formats could make the operating time of the entire Nan Chang Jie lasted and thickened its business depth to make the recovery putting the sustainably long-term development of the entire area.

在高楼林立的无锡市中心，南长街温婉绵长、古色古香，是一方柔情似水的心灵归处。这个区域由南长街、京杭大运河无锡段（运河古邑）、南下塘、伯渎港、大窑路一带等具有丰富历史文化底蕴的区域组成。

In the center of Wuxi, where there are many high-rise buildings, Nanchang Street is gentle and long, with an ancient fragrance, and is the home of a gentle and watery soul. This area is composed of areas with rich historical and cultural deposits, such as Nanchang Street, the Wuxi section of the Beijing Hangzhou Grand Canal (the ancient city of the canal), Nanxiatang, Bodu Port, Dayao Road, etc.

运河古邑以古运河为轴，占地18.78公顷，由寺、塔、河、街、桥、窑、坊等众多景观组成特色环境，构筑了独具风韵的江南水弄堂。而始建于明代、飞架运河两岸的“清名桥”则是街区内的重要历史文化标志。

The Canal Ancient Town is located on the axis of the ancient canal, covering an area of 18.78 hectares. It is characterized by numerous landscapes such as temples, towers, rivers, streets, bridges, kilns, and workshops, creating a unique Jiangnan water alley. The "Qingming Bridge" built in the Ming Dynasty on both sides of the Feijia Canal is an important historical and cultural symbol within the neighborhood.

运河古邑至今保持着路河并行的双棋盘城市格局，保留着小桥、流水、人家以及幽深古巷的江南水城特色，存有历史建筑上百处及九座古桥梁等。南长街是古运河水乡传统风貌的精华地段，是吴文化与大运河发展史的重要环节，是富庶江南漕运重地的见证，是谱写无锡民族工商业发展的重要篇章，是江南砖瓦窑群的研究基地。

The Canal Ancient Town still maintains a dual chessboard urban pattern of parallel roads and rivers, preserving the characteristics of Jiangnan Water City with small bridges, flowing water, households, and deep ancient alleys. It has over a hundred historical buildings and nine ancient bridges. Nanchang Street is the essence of the traditional style and features of the ancient canal, an important link in the development history of the Wu culture and Grand Canal, a witness to the rich Jiangnan waterway, an important chapter in the development of Wuxi's national industry and commerce, and a research base for Jiangnan brick and tile kilns.
