简介：本规划用地位于中关村高科技园区丰台园内，北临首经贸北路，南临规划天坛医院新址，东临芳菲路，西临樊羊路，规划用地面积：381613㎡。位置处于北京三环与四环之间，距市中心较近。周边有看丹路，郭公庄路等主要道路。据离地铁四号线，一号线，和新建地铁线路较近。

Introduction: The planned land is located in Fengtai Park, Zhongguancun High tech Park, adjacent to Shoumao North Road to the north, the new site of the planned Temple of Heaven Hospital to the south, Fangfei Road to the east, and Fanyang Road to the west. The planned land area is 381613 square meters. Located between the Third and Fourth Ring Roads in Beijing, it is relatively close to the city center. There are major roads around, such as Kandan Road and Guogongzhuang Road. It is relatively close to Metro Line 4, Line 1, and the newly built subway line.

本次规划的设计指导思想出发，首都贸易经济大学总体规划展现出以下几个特点：

1、延续与加强老校区中轴线

2、解决华侨校区学术研究中心对本校区中轴线的破坏

3、老建筑的继承与创新

4、增加户外学生学习和休闲空间

5、增加学生社团集会空间

6、对老校区大树与道路的保留利用

7、优化校园主入口到各个主要功能区域的流线

8、增加学生宿舍的交流互动空间

9、对城市集中绿地的最大化利用

10、减少学校施工对教学的影响

11、增加学生的体育活动空间，新建综合体育馆

12、分期建设规划，降低施工过程对学校行政教学的影响

Starting from the design guiding ideology of this plan, the overall plan of Capital University of Trade and Economics presents the following characteristics:

1. Continuation and Strengthening of the Central Axis of the Old Campus

2. Solve the damage caused by the Academic Research Center of the Overseas Chinese Campus to the central axis of the campus

3. Inheritance and Innovation of Old Buildings

4. Increase outdoor student learning and leisure space

5. Increase student club gathering space

6. Preservation and utilization of large trees and roads in the old campus

7. Optimize the flow line from the main entrance of the campus to various main functional areas

8. Increase communication and interaction space in student dormitories

9. Maximizing the utilization of urban concentrated green spaces

10. Reduce the impact of school construction on teaching

11. Increase students' sports activity space and build a new comprehensive sports stadium

12. Staged construction planning to reduce the impact of the construction process on school administrative teaching

为深入贯彻落实科学发展观，结合首都生态文明城市建设总体要求，统筹协调我校校园在功能分区、交通组织、空间结构、景观特色、建筑风格等方面的问题，对学校进行总体规划。

甲方对设计单位也提出了几点要求：一是充分理解项目内容和要求，在此基础上进行创作，特别是在理念、方向上参考征集书的内容；二是各单位在设计的过程中要充分体现大学办学环境的简洁和朴实，有文化气息和时代感；三是设计方案要合理做好功能布局，最大化的集约用地，预留发展空间，提高土地使用效率；最后按时完成设计工作。
