Project Overview

Against the backdrop of today's emphasis on high turnover and commercial value in real estate projects, by cleverly combining commercialization needs with architecture and incorporating the landscape attributes of the Han River into architectural functions, a metaphysical and poetic connection is cleverly created with the regional context, and the integration of commercial value and social significance is achieved through the integration of architecture and urban space.

通过悬浮而起的体量，形成囊括整个江面的景框，中部的玻璃轻盈、通透，消隐于城市背景之中，而下部则厚实的依托于大地，形成稳定的基座。沉稳和空灵，犹如汉中的南北文化，融合在一起，构成了建筑整体的视觉倾向。

The suspended volume forms a landscape frame that encompasses the entire river surface. The glass in the middle is lightweight and transparent, disappearing into the urban background, while the lower part is heavily supported by the ground, forming a stable foundation. Steady and ethereal, like the northern and southern cultures of Hanzhong, blend together to form the overall visual inclination of the building.

建筑色彩以灰色为基调，沉静而不张扬，通过石材、铝板和玻璃三种材料的几何表达，以极简的设计手法赋予建筑一种超越时间的当代气质，以准确的时代特征回应历史场域的厚重。

The architectural color is based on gray, calm but not ostentatious. Through the geometric expression of stone, aluminum plate, and glass materials, the minimalist design technique endows the building with a contemporary temperament that transcends time, and responds to the thickness of the historical field with accurate characteristics of the times.

在空间的表达中，将自然的变化引入建筑体验，让光与影随着时间和季节的流转呈现不同的表情。内装空间强调通透、开阔、简素，在洽谈区、沙盘区、样板房等不同功能区块的转换中，开阔的江面一直最大化的呈现，给予访客真实的吸引力。

In the expression of space, natural changes are introduced into the architectural experience, allowing light and shadow to present different expressions over time and seasons. The interior space emphasizes transparency, openness, and simplicity. 将一层侧面的城市界面打开，吸引无数好奇的视线走进示范区的内部，一睹完整的建筑风采。售楼处超越了单一的商业属性，附加的社会属性使其成为汉中人民名副其实的城市会客厅。

汉江，这条流淌于秦岭南麓的大江，是中国古老文化的重要源流。汉江两岸，既有秦川古朴粗狂的浑厚之美，又兼巴蜀柔媚清丽的空灵之姿。站在江岸，即使对中国历史了解不多的人，也会在脑海中泛起那些早已融入血液的人物与故事。在工业化空前的今天，这里依然如诗画般的清澈，安宁，美丽，比中国其他许多河流更接近自然和人文的原生态。

On both sides of the Han River, there is both the ancient and rough beauty of Qinchuan, as well as the ethereal beauty of Bashu. Standing on the riverbank, even those who have little knowledge of Chinese history will recall characters and stories that have long been integrated into their blood. In today's unprecedented industrialization, this place is still as clear, peaceful, and beautiful as poetry and painting, closer to the natural and cultural original ecology than many other rivers in China.

面对这样一条江河，站在基地之中，我们自然而然的想到要在建筑空间和历史之河之间建立某种联系，联想起那些浩瀚的历史烟尘，凝望汉江就成为了设计最早的出发点，唯有静静的凝望，以一种谦逊、克制的姿态成为时间的一部分，才是回应场所精神应有的态度。

Facing such a river and standing within the base, we naturally think of establishing a connection between architectural space and the river of history. We associate it with the vast historical smoke and dust, and gazing at the Han River has become the earliest starting point of design. Only by quietly gazing and becoming a part of time with a humble and restrained attitude is the attitude that responds to the spirit of the place.

作为一个商业建筑，我们无法做到消隐，而甲方的设计诉求，则要求建筑具有一定的标志性。它既是展示空间的实体存在，也是城市背景中被展示的场域地景。在看与被看两种气质的交错中，我们试图赋予建筑以一种安静的性格。

As a commercial building, we cannot achieve concealment, and the design requirements of Party A require the building to have a certain degree of iconic features. It is not only the physical existence of the display space, but also the field scenery displayed in the urban background. In the interweaving of seeing and being seen, we attempt to endow architecture with a quiet personality.

在空间的表达中，我们试图将自然的变化引入建筑体验，让光与影随着时间和季节的流转呈现不同的表情。主入口门厅上部的圆形孔洞，以曲线冲和建筑整体的厚重、硬朗，并让阳光风雨与空间对话。

In the expression of space, we attempt to introduce natural changes into the architectural experience, allowing light and shadow to present different expressions over time and seasons. The circular hole in the upper part of the main entrance hall complements the overall thickness and firmness of the building with curves, and allows sunlight, wind, and rain to communicate with the space.

架空层的柱廊,整齐而精致，静立于水面之中，通过倒影和墙面的光影塑造空间场所的纯粹感，灰空间顶部的波浪不锈钢吊顶、场地内的网格构筑物，无不加强着时空演变所带来的的视觉变化。

The column gallery on the elevated floor is neat and exquisite, standing still in the water surface. The pure feeling of the space is shaped by the reflection and the light and shadow on the wall. The wavy stainless steel ceiling on the top of the gray space and the grid structures inside the site all strengthen the visual changes brought about by the evolution of time and space.

内装空间强调通透、开阔、简素，通过建筑形体赋予的宽广视野，拟合出项目本身的理想生活场景，在从洽谈区、沙盘区、样板房等不同功能区块的转换中，开阔的江面一直最大化的呈现，给予访客真实的吸引力，从而完成建筑的功能属性。

The interior space emphasizes transparency, openness, and simplicity. Through the broad view provided by the architectural form, the ideal living scene of the project itself is fitted. In the transformation from different functional areas such as negotiation area, sand table area, and model house, the open river surface is always presented to the maximum, giving visitors a real attraction, and thus completing the functional attributes of the building.

在城市森林中，建筑生长荣枯，随着时间流转，诸多空间被遗忘，特别是示范区建筑，用后即拆是常态。区别于其他示范区，荣盛滨江悦府是一个将被保留的建筑，未来将成为居民邻里中心，这促使我们考虑建筑更多的可能性，即在更长远的时间尺度上，与城市发生关系，从而使纯商业建筑也富有一定的社会意义。

In urban forests, buildings grow and wither, and over time, many spaces are forgotten, especially in demonstration areas where buildings are demolished immediately after use. Unlike other demonstration areas, Rongsheng Binjiang Yuefu is a building that will be preserved and will become the center of residents' neighborhoods in the future. This prompts us to consider more possibilities for buildings to have relationships with the city in the longer term, making pure commercial buildings also have certain social significance.

我们将一层侧面的城市界面打开，吸引无数好奇的视线走进示范区的内部，一睹完整的建筑风采。人们可以在底层基座的柱廊边感受光影的变化和水波的荡漾，也会被好奇心引导循着旋转楼梯而上，在那里活动，小憩。这里与主入口的参观动线相互分隔又彼此渗透，作为承载日常生活的空间载体，通过充满温度的设计，拉近了心与心之间的共鸣。

We will open the city interface on the side of the first floor, attracting countless curious eyes to enter the interior of the demonstration area and witness the complete architectural style. People can feel the changes in light and shadow and the ripples of water waves by the colonnade on the bottom base, and are also guided by curiosity to climb the rotating staircase, where they can move and take a nap. The visiting route here and the main entrance are separated and permeated with each other, serving as a space carrier for daily life. Through a warm design, the resonance between hearts is brought closer.

建成后的汉中售楼处，儿童活动区变为周边社区小朋友放学后的聚集地；一层退让出的架空层，作为市民穿行游览的空间，代替了原本乏味的路边人行道；二层的公共平台，成功的成为沿街商业的另一个集散点，创造了更大的商业价值。至此售楼处已完成对于单一商业属性的超越，附加的社会属性使其成为汉中人民名副其实的城市会客厅。

示范区功能设计的难点，在于甲方要求将两组江景样板房置于建筑内部，并呈现出接近真实的观景效果，从结构和空间的角度考虑，只能置于三层。二层空间自然的分布洽谈区和展示区、和沙盘区，视线越过江边乔木的树冠和汉江发生对话。

The difficulty in the functional design of the demonstration area lies in the requirement of Party A to place two sets of river view model houses inside the building and present a nearly real viewing effect. From the perspective of structure and space, they can only be placed on the third floor. The second floor space is naturally distributed in the negotiation area, exhibition area, and sand table area, with a conversation taking place over the canopy of the riverside trees and the Han River.

一层则作为公共开放空间，除必要的办公功能之外，向城市开放，在方便市民活动的同时，将前场和后场的下沉庭院有机的联系起来。

The first floor serves as a public open space, which is open to the city in addition to necessary office functions. While facilitating citizen activities, it organically connects the sunken courtyards of the front and back courts.

居于底层中心的门厅成为分隔建筑功能内与外的边界，贯穿地上三层和地下室会所的交通核，串联起所有功能区。

The entrance hall located in the center of the ground floor serves as the boundary between the interior and exterior of the building, running through the traffic core of the three floors above ground and the basement clubhouse, connecting all functional areas.

售楼处的主材铝板选择经历过多次选样对比，汉中多雨天色多阴沉，深色容易给人压抑的感觉，因此主材选择银白亮色铝板，突显悬浮的三层体块的轻盈感，基座选用高级灰石材珍珠兰，低调稳重的同时，与三层的银白色金属，二层的超白玻璃形成鲜明有趣的对比，整个建筑由下至上立面层次分明。

The selection of the main material aluminum plate of the sales office has experienced many sample comparisons. It is rainy and gloomy in Hanzhong, and the dark color is easy to give people a depressing feeling. Therefore, the main material is silver white bright aluminum plate, highlighting the lightness of the suspended three-layer block. The base is high-grade gray stone pearl orchid, which is low-key, stable and heavy. At the same time, it forms a sharp and interesting contrast with the silver white metal on the third floor and the ultra white glass on the second floor. The whole building has clear layers from bottom to top.

整个三层的斜面铝板造型，为了凸出建筑线条的挺拔感，全部使用铝合金型材收边，并有机结合泛光设计，做好灯带隐藏。为了保持斜面铝板造型的纯净度，铝板分缝均采用扣盖式，外立面隐藏胶缝。

The entire three story sloping aluminum panel design uses aluminum alloy profiles for edge trimming in order to highlight the straightness of the building lines, and organically combines the floodlight design to conceal the light strip. In order to maintain the purity of the inclined aluminum plate shape, the aluminum plate joints are all of the buckle cover type, and the outer facade hides adhesive joints.

一层石材部分采用20mm、40mm宽两种尺度的金属嵌缝进行分隔，弱化尺度的同时，增强立面精致感。

The first layer of stone is separated by metal caulking of two sizes, 20mm and 40mm wide, to weaken the scale and enhance the exquisite sense of the facade.

The design of the Hanzhong Demonstration Zone is an active exploration of the combination of commercial attributes and architecture. The dialogue between architecture and the Han River is essentially a combination of cleverness and borrowing, incorporating the landscape attributes of the Han River into architectural functions. However, it cleverly creates a metaphysical and poetic connection with the regional context, and achieves the integration and unity of commercial value and social significance through the connection between architecture and urban space.
