Designers meticulously build houses, delve into the science of human settlement and life, create a high-end service system, and showcase the concept of "wide residential villas, low density luxury houses" to urban people.

采用具有浓郁地域特色的，以传统文化为根基的新亚洲建筑风格，将现代都市情怀与人们对生活的需求相结合，兼容华贵典雅与时尚，用传统建筑语言描写现代时尚生活。
