北京新机场选址在北京城区正南永定河北岸,北距天安门46km,2018年9月正式命名为“北京大兴国际机场”。按照总体规划,大兴机场远期容量为每年1亿以上人次,分为南北两个航站区,本期建设的北航站楼及配套设施先期满足4500万人次,并可带动随后建设的南侧卫星厅而达到7200万人次的北航站区容量目标。

 

The location of Beijing New Airport is located on the north bank of Yongding in the south of Beijing urban area, 46km north of Tiananmen Square. It was officially named "Beijing Daxing International Airport" in September 2018. According to the overall plan, the long-term capacity of Daxing Airport is over 100 million people per year, divided into two terminal areas: north and south. The North Terminal Building and supporting facilities constructed in this phase will initially meet 45 million people, and can drive the subsequent construction of the South Satellite Hall to reach the capacity target of 72 million people in the North Terminal area.

 

 

机场外部交通由新建机场高速路、机场北部横向联络线及由其引入的既有京台和京开等4条高速公路,与南北走向的新机场快线和京雄城际线、东西走向的廊涿城际线等3条轨道线共同组成“五纵两横”的交通网络,集中汇聚于航站楼前。具备了强大的民航运输能力和通达的外部交通条件,大兴机场将成为新的航空枢纽和综合交通枢纽,发挥服务北京、辐射周边、带动区域协同发展的综合功能。

 

The external transportation of the airport consists of four expressways, including the newly built airport expressway, the northern horizontal connecting line of the airport, and the existing Beijing Taiwan and Beijing Kai expressways introduced by them. Together with three rail lines, including the north-south new airport expressway and the Beijing Xiong intercity line, and the east-west Langzhuo intercity line, it forms a "five vertical and two horizontal" transportation network, which is concentrated in front of the terminal building. With strong civil aviation transportation capacity and accessible external transportation conditions, Daxing Airport will become a new aviation hub and comprehensive transportation hub, playing a comprehensive role in serving Beijing, radiating the surrounding areas, and driving regional coordinated development.

 

 

大兴机场本期建设4条跑道,航站区位于间距2380m的东一和西一跑道及其平行滑行道之间。航站区是机场的核心功能区,直接服务于航空旅客,其规划设计的基本问题在于如何应对每年7200万的客流量,这是目前一次性建设航站设施的最大设计容量,既要满足大量飞机停靠、交通接驳、旅客处理、行李处理等多种设施的综合排布,又要合理控制航站楼的总体建筑尺度、技术系统规模和旅客步行距离,此前没有同等规模的机场经验可以借鉴。

 

Daxing Airport will construct 4 runways in this phase, and the terminal area is located between the East Runway and West Runway with a distance of 2380m and their parallel taxiway. The terminal area is the core functional area of the airport, directly serving air passengers. The basic problem of its planning and design is how to cope with the annual passenger flow of 72 million, which is the maximum design capacity of the one-time construction of terminal facilities. It should not only meet the comprehensive layout of a large number of aircraft stops, transportation connections, passenger handling, luggage handling, and other facilities, but also reasonably control the overall building size of the terminal The scale of the technical system and the walking distance of passengers have no similar airport experience to draw on before.

 

 

面对这个具有挑战性的题目,在航站楼方案招投标阶段,多家设计单位提供了多种解决方案,包括单楼集中、两楼并置、四楼对置等模式,代表了对超大容量航站楼进行分合处理的不同思路,其中单楼集中式还有多种不同的指廊布局方案。最终确定的方案由集中的航站主楼和6条互呈60º夹角的放射指廊组成(包括5条候机指廊和1条配套服务指廊),以简单直接、近乎图示化的方式诠释了“集中式”这一概念,并刷新了单一航站楼的设计容量记录。

 

Faced with this challenging issue, in the bidding stage of the terminal scheme, multiple design units have provided various solutions, including single floor centralized, two floor parallel, and four floor opposed modes, representing different ideas for the separation and integration of ultra large capacity terminal buildings. Among them, single floor centralized and various corridor layout schemes are also available. The final plan consists of a centralized terminal main building and 6 radiating corridors at an angle of 60 º to each other (including 5 waiting corridors and 1 supporting service corridor), interpreting the concept of "centralized" in a simple, direct, and almost graphical manner, and refreshing the design capacity record of a single terminal building.

 

 

面对超大的设计容量,航站楼首次采用了双层出港高架桥及楼内双层出港厅布局,到港功能也分为国内和国际双层布置,为大量的车辆停靠、值机办理、检查通道、行李处理等流程设施布置提供了必要条件,并控制了主楼平面尺度。以5条放射指廊接驳飞机,在近机位数量和最远登机口步行距离之间取得了良好平衡。

 

Faced with the extremely large design capacity, the terminal has for the first time adopted a double decker exit viaduct and a double decker exit hall layout inside the building. The arrival function is also divided into domestic and international double decker layouts, providing necessary conditions for the layout of a large number of vehicle parking, check-in, inspection channels, luggage handling and other process facilities, and controlling the plane scale of the main building. By connecting the aircraft with 5 radial corridors, a good balance was achieved between the number of nearby aircraft seats and the walking distance at the farthest boarding gate.

 

 

除78万m²的主体航站楼及综合换乘中心外,航站区还包括了楼前双层高架桥和地面道路、地下轨道车站、综合服务楼、两座停车楼和制冷站等交通及配套项目,共同组成了一个建筑功能和技术系统都紧密衔接的大型交通枢纽综合体,总建筑面积约143万m²。

在航站区北部,连接外部道路交通的主进出场路采用了高架形式和开放的U形布局,东西高架路间距为1000m,让出中轴区域供多条轨道从地下垂直接入航站楼前。U形高架路围合了机场的主工作区,采用密路网、小地块划分,中部利用轨道上盖区集中布置工作区的服务配套和人防停车设施以及景观绿地。

 

In the north of the terminal area, the main entrance and exit roads connecting the external road traffic adopt the elevated form and open U-shaped layout. The distance between the east and west overpass is 1000m, leaving the central axis area for multiple tracks to access the terminal vertically from underground. The main work area of the airport is enclosed by the U-shaped overpass, which is divided by a dense road network and small plots. In the middle, the service facilities, civil air defense parking facilities and landscape green space in the work area are centrally arranged by using the track cover area.
