生活就像辣椒,明知辣、却无法阻挡。一时辣,一时爽;一直辣,一直爽。撒椒· 川念餐厅定位为特色川菜,希望用江湖气息的麻与辣拉近与客人的距离。嗜辣如命的人,爱得无法自拔;不擅辣的人,也愿意让麻辣偶尔客串。
Life is like a pepper, knowing it is spicy, but can not stop it. Once spicy, once enjoy; Spicy all the time, enjoy all the time. Sajiao Chuannian restaurant, defined as the characteristic Sichuan cuisine, hoping to shorten the distance between guests and the restaurant with the taste of hemp and spicy. People who love spicy, can not extricate themselves from Hot; People who are not good at spicy, will be willing to let hemp and spicy occasionally appear.

源自美食城的改造From the transformation of the food city
撒椒餐厅原为西街美食城内一家牛肉火锅店,需要七弯八绕、穿过各色凌乱店铺、在最深处才能到达。美食城内嘈杂的人员往来,对餐厅产生了极大的干扰。而同时,店铺后门是条逼仄的小路用于后勤,需要路过一个废弃的停车棚后进入餐厅。杂乱无章的停车棚紧挨着餐厅,室内没有自然光,也无法通风。设计过程中,着重分析了原建筑痛点并重新梳理了原停车棚、室内空间与入口路径的动线关系:
— 将后勤的逼仄小路改为餐厅的全新入口,客人由此入店,提升体验感和私密感;
— 将车棚处理为庭院景观,形成空气流通与采光,也为喜好户外的客人提供庭院就餐环境。
— 在墙面局部开窗,为室内引入光线和空气,餐厅整体空间得以流动。
Sajiao restaurant was originally a beef hot pot restaurant in the West Street food city, which needs to pass through various messy shops, and finally be reached in the deepest corner. The noisy movement of people in the food city has caused great disruption to the restaurant. At the same time, the back door of the store is a narrow path for logistics, which requires passing an abandoned parking shed to enter the restaurant. The sprawling parking shed is next to the restaurant, with no natural light or ventilation. In the new design, the pain points of the original building were analyzed and the relationship between the original parking shed, interior space and the entrance path has been re-sorted:
– Changing the narrow logistical path into a new entrance to the restaurant, which allows guests to enter the restaurant and enhance the sense of experience and privacy;
— The bike shed is treated as a courtyard landscape, creating air circulation and lighting, and also providing a courtyard dining environment for outdoor guests.
— Partial window opening on the wall brings light and air into the interior, allowing the overall space of the restaurant to flow.

物业办公室改造而来的包厢Balcony from the transformation of Property office
西街美食城的物业办公室早年选用方钢加木地板,走路噪音颇大,且地面有高低差,既缺乏优雅美观也存在安全隐患 改造过程中,包厢的入口采用10MM厚的钢板围合成悬空体块,搭配天然石材台阶,友好地化解了空间高差,从平地拾阶进入包厢。
In the early years, the Property office of the West Street food City was constructed with square steel and wood floors, which made a lot of noise when walking on, and the ground had a difference in height, which was lacked in elegance and beauty and also had security risks. During the transformation process, the entrance of the box is made of a composite hanging block surrounded by 10MM thick steel plate and matched with natural stone steps, which amicably solves the space height difference. Picks up steps, guests can enter the balcony from the flat.

我们从“撒椒”的店名中提炼出“辣椒红”的元素,并在空间中贯穿始终。从入口的钢板开始,喷涂辣椒红哑光漆点题,并与餐厅的入口通道相呼应。包厢内的墙面、顶面统一涂刷了低饱和度的红色涂料,搭配黑色地砖,也是撒椒独一无二的空间表达。
We extracted the “pepper red” element from the “Sajiao” name of the store, and used it throughout the space. Starting with the steel plate at the entrance, it is painted with a capsicum-red matte finish and echoes the restaurant’s entryway. The wall and top surface of the box are uniformly painted with low saturation red paint, with black floor tiles, which is also a unique spatial expression of Sajiao restaurant itself.

围合与穿透的客区Enclosed and penetrated — Guest areas
撒椒的大厅客区,采用了围合与穿透相结合的方式进行空间划分。在整体的围合结构中加入老木板和木柱结构,同时穿插老石板,不仅调剂了墙体的单一,也加强了半高墙体的稳定性。
The guest area of the hall of Sijiao is divided into two ways: enclosing and penetrating. Old wooden boards and wooden columns are added to the overall enclosing structure, and old slabs are interspersed at the same time, not only to adjust the single wall, but also to strengthen the stability of the half-height wall.

围合的墙体中用局部开窗来打破沉闷,既有落座后平视高度的细横条窗,也有直立时可窥一斑的方窗,更有采用整板桌面悬挑连接的窗口。空间虽不大,趣味倒十足,也很符合撒椒“烟火气”的定位。
The enclosed walls have partially opened windows to break the boredom, including thin horizontal bars after sitting down, square windows that can be seen when standing upright, and windows that are connected by overhanging the whole board table top. Although the space is not large, the interest is full, and it is also very consistent with the defination of “living atmosphere” of Sajiao restaurant.

衔接室内外的吧台区域Connects the indoor and outdoor — Bar areas
我们将吧台设置在室内与庭园的衔接处,既便于兼顾内外顾客,也能提升整体空间的互动性。吧台立面与庭院地面都是旧物利用铺设老石板,同时穿插一些立体石雕,打破石板通铺的沉闷。
We set the bar counter at the interface between the interior and the garden, which is convenient for taking into account both internal and external customers, and can also improve the interaction of the overall space. The facade of the bar and the ground of the courtyard are all old stone slabs laid with old materials, and some three-dimensional stone carvings are interspersed to break the boredom of the slate paving.

撒椒店铺拥有4.55M层高,但顶面遍布美食城的各种设备管道,体量巨大,交错凌乱。设计中分区域进行了梳理。
— 吧台上方的顶部受原管道影响最小,设计中保留了通高裸顶。
— 围合客区顶面保留了部分区域的通高,尽可能打破层高下降的压抑感。
— 后半客区顶部杂乱,采用石膏板吊顶统一封平,使之更加整体。
The Sajiao restaurant has 4.55M height, but the top surface is all over the various equipment pipes of the food city, which is huge and messy. The design is sorted out by regions.
— The top above the Bar area is least affected by the original pipe, so we retained the high bare roof in design.
— The top of the enclosing guest area retains part of the full height, to break the oppression of the height drop as much as possible.
— The top of the back area is messy, and the gypsum board ceiling is used to seal it uniformly to make it more integrated.

开启你的麻辣盛宴Start your spicy feast
结合撒椒餐厅的江湖气定位,餐厅的入口用现浇红色混凝土打造出一条辣椒红的通道,并在顶面设置天窗采光。汉白玉石雕与石狮阵列分布在红色通道两侧,入店即准备进入一场探索,开启一场味蕾的麻辣盛宴。
In combination with the living asmosphere of Sajiao, the entrance of the restaurant is made of cast-in-place red concrete to create a chili red channel, and a skylight is set on the top surface. White marble and stone lion array distributed on both sides of the red channel.Once entering the store, you are ready to enter an exploration, to open a spicy feast of taste buds.
