作为来画企业的新办公场地,本项目在解读了办公需求的基础上,融入自然景观的介入,将前海浪漫意境的外部延展进办公空间。 场地是项目的第一感知点,原本的场地以一种原始的结构柱网平整直接的强化着场所,窗外海景的时间规律似乎没有真实变化,视线与物理性空间的不相连,形成一种感官上希望突破的流动策略,这是我们尝试探知和营造循序渐进的参与体验。在抛开许多过度表面化的形式后,回归空间的形态,我们希望建立空间与环境的对视。 设计逻辑和空间框架在结合了场地的情况下,设计对光线进行了延展性设计,将氛围贯穿其中。感性的光影,立体空间序列的处理,不同柱跨之间在空间上相互渗透和影响,提供给参观和工作人员循序渐进的参与体验。 拱形的横跨度增加了空间深度和表达,同时也对光线隐约产生影响,形成自有的光线变化。为空间提供一种形式的纯粹和感受体验。

 

As a new office space for the painting enterprises, this project, based on the interpretation of office needs, integrates the intervention of natural landscape, and extends the exterior of Qianhai's romantic artistic conception into the office space. The site is the first perception point of the project. The original site directly strengthens the site with an original structural column grid. The time rule of the seascape outside the window seems to have no real change. The line of sight is not connected with the physical space, forming a flow strategy that we hope to break through on the senses. This is our attempt to explore and create a step-by-step participation experience. After putting aside many over surfaced forms and returning to the form of space, we hope to establish a mutual vision between space and environment. The design logic and spatial framework combine the site, and the design makes the light malleable, and the atmosphere runs through it. Perceptual light and shadow, treatment of three-dimensional space sequence, and mutual penetration and influence between different column spans in space provide visitors and staff with a step-by-step participation experience. The horizontal span of the arch increases the spatial depth and expression, but also has a subtle impact on the light, forming its own light changes. Provide a form of purity and feeling experience for space.

来画企业作为拥有六年经历的企业,展厅基于足够的空间给以叙述和表达,展厅的意义对他们而言是一个阶段的总结和向前发展,时间性的延伸也是对企业未来更好的期许。 项目坐落于深圳市南山区恒裕前海金融中心,该项目占地约2354.24㎡,位于前海湾区的地标地带。设计旨在融合来画企业品牌特点的灵活办公环境,包括展示企业文化的展区以及各类共享的公共区域。 在保证基本功能的实现上,如何体现和极致外部景色的关系,制造独一无二的体验,以及如何提升办公和进入空间的人的幸福感和舒适度是最初的思考。

 

Project orientation:

As an enterprise with six years of experience, the exhibition hall gives narration and expression based on sufficient space. The significance of the exhibition hall is a summary and forward development of a stage for them, and the temporal extension is also a better expectation for the future of the enterprise. The project is located in Hengyu Qianhai financial center, Nanshan District, Shenzhen. The project covers an area of about 2354.24 m2 and is located in the landmark of Qianhai Bay district. The design aims to integrate the flexible office environment with the characteristics of the corporate brand, including the exhibition area displaying the corporate culture and various shared public areas. In terms of ensuring the realization of basic functions, the initial thinking is how to reflect the relationship with the extreme external scenery, create a unique experience, and how to improve the happiness and comfort of people working and entering the space.

空间布局:

项目位于深圳市南山区前海金融中心,朝西面是一片宽阔的海景,设置看景休闲吧台。在空间中植入概念,前海自然景色与室内空间呼应,形成未来性的延伸空间。 在高度满足的空间尺度下,如何让空间通透得益于对空间秩序的理解和抵达,它是存在主义的,是精神层面富有的启发性,通过秩序感的拱形增强连续性,人们能驻步其中,适度的进行窗景旁的享受。海景的远望是停留在景物之中,这样的停留也注定是诗意的精神和环境的统一。空间的纯粹和功能需要被提纯和营造,在提炼了空间的属性之后,也可以真正容纳情绪与人的感受。 拱形的每一个下沿连接结构对应建筑本身的幕墙结构,以保证秩序的发生和圆拱对外景的包裹和表达。望向海景的区域采用极薄横跨的材料以支持窗外的海景提纯度,下部的灯柱作为连接将空间有序整合,以“消隐”的姿态展示自己的痕迹与联接感,是支撑也是局部氛围灯光的载体和发出者。 前台区、水吧台、社交区、文化属性展墙等功能在设计中以较含蓄的方式呈现,从而迎合该空间被赋予的角色。在办公场景中的体验也更加丰富,加入了多样的清晰感尺度与意境结合。 接待区的上部是拱形的开始也是承接,在视觉上弱化了空间原本对接待区的强调性,将圆拱的尺度、线条与功能交织对照,呈现出一种仪式感的延续和关系。 在设计展厅中间区域时,我们将展示的方式向灵活和不强调属性更推进了一步,水平和垂直的移动展板可以产生它们的关系和位置,整个空间根据需要不停扩展、移动、旋转和消隐。各种展览和活动可在空间中自由发生,通过不同的主题和氛围组合,创造灵活度高的场景切换。因为其可变通性的特点,参与的人可以在每一天、每一个事件的发生中寻求变化,从容的调整这个展厅。

 

Space layout:

The project is located in Qianhai financial center, Nanshan District, Shenzhen, with a wide sea view to the West and a scenic leisure bar. The concept is embedded in the space, and the natural scenery of Qianhai echoes with the indoor space to form a future extension space. Under the highly satisfied spatial scale, how to make the space transparent benefits from the understanding and arrival of the spatial order. It is existential and enlightening at the spiritual level. Through the arch of the sense of order to enhance the continuity, people can stop in it and enjoy the scenery appropriately. The distant view of the sea is to stay in the scenery, and such a stay is also destined to be the unity of poetic spirit and environment. The purity and function of space need to be purified and created. After refining the attributes of space, it can also truly accommodate emotions and human feelings. Each lower connecting structure of the arch corresponds to the curtain wall structure of the building itself, so as to ensure the occurrence of order and the wrapping and expression of the circular arch on the exterior scene. The area looking towards the sea view is made of extremely thin materials to support the purity of the sea view outside the window. The lower lamp post is used as a connection to orderly integrate the space, showing its traces and sense of connection in a "hidden" attitude. It is also the carrier and emitter of local atmosphere lights. The functions of the front desk area, water bar, social area and cultural attribute exhibition wall are presented in a more implicit way in the design, so as to cater to the role assigned to the space. The experience in the office scene is also richer, adding a variety of clear scale and artistic conception. The upper part of the reception area is the beginning and continuation of the arch, which visually weakens the original emphasis of the space on the reception area, and interweaves and compares the scale, lines and functions of the circular arch, presenting a continuation and relationship of a sense of ritual. When designing the middle area of the exhibition hall, we have taken the display method a step further to be flexible and not emphasizing attributes. The horizontal and vertical moving display boards can generate their relationships and positions, and the whole space can be expanded, moved, rotated and hidden as needed. Various exhibitions and activities can take place freely in the space, creating flexible scene switching through different theme and atmosphere combinations. Because of its variability, participants can seek changes in every day and every event, and calmly adjust the exhibition hall.

 

 

设计选材:

本项目采用常规性的材料,水泥自流平的采用使得进入空间后的整体感更加极致、前台人造石的使用让几何空间的比例和大关系更加纯粹、在拱顶的烘托下,白色乳胶漆、钢板、木饰面板的使用和点缀,希望空间在材料的语言上尽量克制,让人可以体验到场所的氛围和诗意。

 

Design material selection:

The project adopts conventional materials. The use of cement self leveling makes the overall feeling of the space more extreme. The use of artificial stone in the front desk makes the proportion and relationship of geometric space more pure. With the contrast of the vault, white emulsion paint, steel plate and wood veneer are used and decorated. It is hoped that the space will try to be restrained in the language of materials, so that people can experience the atmosphere and poetry of the place.

 

 

用户体验:

该项目由于核心筒在中心位置,回字形的空间形式在设计之初,基于办公的人数需求和各部门之间的关系,在设计上考虑和保证每个功能空间的完整性与功能性,也因为场地是围绕核心筒的客观情况,形成了优良的先天条件,使每一个功能空间都具备外景与空间的相互介入。 除了不同的职位对办公空间的独特需求,我们考虑独立办公、接待客户、与同事交流、参加会议以及讨论新的场景,在不同的时间段里度过办公室的一天。为了能适应不同场景使用,需要在办公过渡空间中设置游戏、交谈等功能,来促进交流互动的公共空间。形成社交感,尊重员工的私密性,确保了办公空间的舒适度和提高员工的工作效率,营造一种轻松快乐的办公环境。

 

User experience:

Since the core tube of the project is located in the center, and the space form of the zigzag shape is at the beginning of the design, the integrity and functionality of each functional space are considered and guaranteed in the design based on the number of office workers and the relationship between various departments. Also, because the site is around the objective situation of the core tube, it has formed excellent congenital conditions, so that each functional space has the interaction between the exterior and the space. In addition to the unique needs of different positions for office space, we consider working independently, receiving customers, communicating with colleagues, attending meetings and discussing new scenarios, and spending the day in the office in different time periods. In order to adapt to different scenarios, games, conversations and other functions need to be set in the office transition space to promote the public space of communication and interaction. It forms a sense of social interaction, respects the privacy of employees, ensures the comfort of office space, improves the work efficiency of employees, and creates a relaxed and happy office environment.
