设计灵感

 

Design Inspiration

 

项目位于广东省河源市春沐源小镇。设计概念来源于河源万绿湖的卫星图。南岭山脉逐渐消失破碎的地质特征,形成岛和水交织。岛的位置代表绿荫,水的位置作为乐园。

 

The project is located in Chunmuyuan Town, Heyuan, GuangDong. The design was inspired by satellite images of WanLü Lake in HeYuan. The geological features of the Nanling Mountains gradually disappearing and fragmenting create an intertwining of islands and water. The islands represent greenery, while the water locates the pool site.

河源市处于粤东北山区与珠江三角洲平原地区的结合部,粤赣边境山高岭峻,东江、新丰江纵贯全境,山岭与盆地相间,在山间和东江边分布着冲积小平原和宽广的谷地,整体地形地貌丰富多变。水乐园的不同区域分别模拟着这些多样的地貌,营造变化丰富的空间,让人穿越峡谷、淌过浅滩、出入石洞。

Heyuan City is located at the junction of the mountainous region in northeastern Guangdong and the Pearl River Delta plain. The Guangdong-Jiangxi border is characterized by high mountains and steep ridges, with the Dongjiang and Xinfengjiang rivers running through the entire area. The landscape alternates between mountains and basins, with small alluvial plains and broad valleys scattered between the mountains and along the Dongjiang River, creating a rich and diverse topography. The various zones of the water park simulate these diverse landscapes, creating varied spaces where visitors can traverse canyons, wade through shoals, and explore caves.

乐园使用马赛克拼贴的异形设计,向西班牙古埃尔公园致敬。瓷砖碎片、玻璃碎片和粗糙的石块,在20世纪初是最便宜的建材。天才设计师高迪利用色彩斑斓的陶瓷装饰,创造出在地中海明媚阳光下壮丽的人造景观。水乐园的墙面全面使用马赛克拼贴,挑战了国内当下的建造工艺,丰富设计浓度,增加观赏性。

The park’s design features mosaic tiling in irregular shapes, paying homage to Spain’s Park Güell. In the early 20th century, tile shards, glass fragments, and rough stones were the cheapest building materials. The genius designer Gaudí used colorful ceramic decorations to create magnificent man-made landscapes under the bright Mediterranean sun. The water park extensively uses mosaic tiling on its walls, challenging current domestic construction techniques, enriching the design, and enhancing visual appeal.

Challenges

 

水乐园用地面积7000㎡,场地内设计了冲浪墙、高柱喷水、造型喷泉、雾森、水滑梯、跌水台阶、雨帘、水拱门、互动喷泉、涌泉、片状出水墙、雨屋、瀑布…等二十余种戏水体验。此外,直流、涌泉、扇形、礼花、喇叭花等多种喷头形式使得水以多样的形态呈现,不同于日常生活当中常见的水的形态,激发孩子们的好奇心,鼓励孩子们在水乐园里自由探索,创造快乐。

The water park covers an area of 7,000 square meters and features over twenty water attractions, including a surfing wall, high pillars with water jets, decorative fountains, misty forests, water slides, cascading steps, rain curtains, water arches, interactive fountains, bubbling springs, sheet waterfalls, rain houses, and waterfalls. Additionally, various types of nozzles—such as direct flow, bubbling springs, fan-shaped, fireworks, and trumpet-shaped—present water in diverse forms. These features stimulate children’s curiosity, encouraging them to explore and create joy in the water park freely.

借助各种设计软件,复杂的曲线使得方案在空间上有着丰富的变化,同时也大大增加了深化施工阶段的难度。峡谷特殊段墙体及溪流叠瀑区域的池壁使用了GRC材料,新材料的运用极大提高了复杂异形设计的落地性。

 

While design software allows for unlimited imagination in virtual space, the complex curves of the design enrich the spatial variation but also significantly increase the difficulty during the construction drawings. The walls of special sections of the canyon and the pool walls in the cascading stream areas used GRC (Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete) materials, which greatly enhances the feasibility of constructing complex, irregular designs.

石洞滑梯以滑梯的结构板和立柱的定位为出发点,在此基础上通过钢筋编网喷浆工艺做出异形部分;冲浪墙在背后的框架结构的基础上,通过水平方向弧形扁钢与根据断面变化的镀锌钢龙骨互相搭接以确定形态。

 

The stone cave slide starts with the positioning of the slide’s structural boards and pillars, and on this basis, the irregular shapes are created using a reinforcing mesh and spray concrete technique. Meanwhile, the surfing wall’s shape is determined by connecting horizontal arc-shaped flat steel with galvanized steel keels that vary according to the cross-section changes, all based on the underlying framework structure.

图案设计方面,前期概念与方案阶段通过Blender的将模型表面展开,平面设计师在展开的平面上绘制图案,再通过软件将图案投射到模型上,进行空间上的推敲判断并对图案做出相应的调整。在马赛克公司介入后的深化设计阶段,先将图案的不同色彩范围进行分区归类,再为每个分区进行选样并不断校正马赛克的色彩及比例。

In the initial concept and design phases, patterns were created by flattening the model surfaces in Blender, allowing graphic designers to draw patterns on the flattened surfaces. These patterns were then projected onto the model using software, with adjustments made as necessary to refine the spatial relationships. During the construction phase, after the involvement of the mosaic company, the different color areas of the patterns were first partitioned and categorized.

乐园铺设的马赛克展开面积总计3880平方米。实施中需要充分考虑人工和时间成本。马赛克公司将图案分为几大块在工厂内预先完成大面积的马赛克拼贴后,将这些大块图案在现场进行铺设。而对图案分块的方式也需要同时考虑曲面效果,铺设的工艺需要避免块与块之间的缝隙。目前,马赛克粘贴仍然是当下施工技术盲点,如固化时间,平滑度以防划伤,脱落后的修补等等。

 

The total expanded area of the mosaics laid in the park is approximately 3880 square meters. The mosaic company preassembled large sections of the mosaic patterns in the factory, which were then laid out on-site. The way these sections are divided must also take into account the curvature of the surfaces, and the installation technique needs to ensure minimal gaps between sections. Currently, the mosaic tiling process still poses challenges with current construction technology, such as curing time, smoothness to prevent scratches, and repair after tiles come loose.

运营使用

 

Operation

 

水乐园的安全性是设计的重要考量。园内的水位最高只有600mm,并且循环利用没有存水; 最高处5.5 m的瀑布冲浪,墙体的倾角借助水体的缓冲作用,令滑行过程刺激同时产生保护。施工过程中,施工团队需要将作为重要互动道具的喷泉喷头凹入墙内避免碰撞。后期的日常维护,需要业主方每次开园前进行检查,对于有安全隐患的项目提前预警排除。

 

The safety of the water park is a critical design consideration. The water level in the park is kept at a maximum of 600mm, and the water is recirculated without storage. The highest waterfall and surfing feature, at a height of 5.5 meters, is designed with wall inclinations that utilize the cushioning effect of water, making the sliding experience both thrilling and safe. During construction, the fountain nozzles must be recessed into the walls to avoid potential injuries. Routine maintenance by the park operators include pre-opening inspections to identify and address any safety hazards in advance.
