设计将哈工大精神融入大象无形。整个校园延传哈工大本部校区空间肌理,仪式性的轴线与开阔的中心广场,塑造出园区内部理性严谨的空间秩序,亦展现百年历史的深厚底蕴。大尺度的巨型建筑屋面配合南方校园开敞通透的空间体量共同架构校园严谨而又灵动、极具张力又不失细腻的空间形态。校区主入口弧形剪影格栅提取哈工大本部主楼符号为表意,点睛了哈工大的形象特征。

 

The design integrates the spirit of Harbin Institute of Technology into great form Is beyond shape. The entire campus extends the spatial texture of Harbin Institute of Technology's main campus, with ceremonial axes and an open central square, shaping a rational and rigorous spatial order within the park and showcasing the profound heritage of a hundred years of history. The large-scale giant building roof, combined with the open and transparent spatial volume of the southern campus, jointly constructs a rigorous and dynamic, highly tense and delicate spatial form of the campus. The arc-shaped silhouette grille at the main entrance of the campus extracts the symbol of the main building of Harbin Institute of Technology as meaning, highlighting the image characteristics of Harbin Institute of Technology.

 

 

规划采用周边式布局,延续大学城现有肌理,塑造整体空间和谐感。新建校园结合留仙大道大学城出入口,与二期统筹进行设计,共同塑造大学城城市形象。南侧实验实训楼与街道退让出广场空间,消解南侧现状140米高层住宅对基地的压迫,亦提升校园空间品质。

 

The plan adopts a peripheral layout, continuing the existing texture of the university city and creating a harmonious overall space. The new campus, combined with the entrance and exit of Liuxian Avenue University City, will be designed in coordination with the second phase to jointly shape the urban image of the university city. The experimental training building on the south side and the street retreat into a square space, relieving the pressure of 140 meter high-rise residential buildings on the site on the south side and improving the quality of campus space.

 

 

 

考虑大学城核心区的权重,将北侧科研楼高度降低,减少对核心区的压迫感。西侧设置生活区,与现有研究生院生活区共同形成组团,并打通两区道路,使之成为有机整体。同时,结合场地高差及现有水污染实验室及风洞实验室进行整体协同设计,将10米的高差转译为生活附属功能与停车空间,减弱空间的峡谷感,并形成上层学生生活广场。

 

Considering the weight of the core area of the university city, the height of the research building on the north side will be lowered to reduce the sense of oppression on the core area. A living area will be set up on the west side, forming a cluster together with the existing graduate school living area, and connecting the roads of the two areas to make them an organic whole. At the same time, combined with the height difference of the site and the existing water pollution laboratory and wind tunnel laboratory, an overall collaborative design will be carried out to translate the 10 meter height difference into living ancillary functions and parking spaces, reducing the canyon feel of the space and forming an upper level student living square.

 

 

建筑设计植根于大学城,致力于打造哈工大与深圳白然环境、人文环境的有机融合,在高密度的需求下创造高品质校园空间,打造绿色共生、文脉传神的现代化国际化大学校园。校园延传哈工大本部校区空间肌理,仪式性轴线与开阔的中心广场,塑造出园内理性严谨的空间秩序,亦展现百年历史的深厚底蕴。同时,考虑深圳气候条件,配合南方校园开敞通透的空间体量,使校园严谨而又灵动、富有张力和活力。

The campus extends the spatial texture of Harbin Institute of Technology's main campus, with ceremonial axes and an open central square, shaping a rational and rigorous spatial order within the park and showcasing the profound heritage of a hundred years of history. At the same time, considering the climate conditions in Shenzhen and in conjunction with the open and transparent spatial volume of the southern campus, the campus is rigorous yet dynamic, full of tension and vitality.
