在原有校园用地基础上重新对场地进行规划建设,用地内存在较大高差,周边情况复杂,场地东西高差12米,坡度较大。设计秉承着打造符合现代教学需求的重点高中为设计目标,在充分利用场地地形的同时,合理利用场地高差及建筑功能,营造出有标志性,有归属感得建筑形象。

 

On the basis of the original campus land, the site has been re planned and constructed. There is a significant height difference within the land, and the surrounding conditions are complex. The height difference between the east and west of the site is 12 meters, and the slope is steep. The design adheres to the goal of creating a key high school that meets the needs of modern teaching. While fully utilizing the terrain of the site, it also makes reasonable use of the height difference and architectural functions of the site to create an iconic and belonging architectural image.

 

设计难点在于对于场地的利用及处理。在相对局促且竖向状况复杂得场地中,将教学楼、间操广场、标准训练场、风雨操场、运动会看台、篮球训练场等功能有机结合在一起,并尽可能减少对场地土方量的扰动,是本次设计的难点。

 

The design difficulty lies in the utilization and handling of the site. The difficulty of this design is to organically integrate the functions of teaching buildings, exercise squares, standard training grounds, wind and rain playgrounds, sports stands, basketball training grounds, etc. in relatively cramped and vertically complex venues, while minimizing the disturbance to the earthwork volume of the venue.

 

同时,功能组织上,利用连廊,将主要教室空间、学生活动空间、辅助教学空间深度串联,增加严寒地区校园在冬季寒冷时段的使用效率。在较为局促的用地中,有机的对各项功能进行组合设计,同时满足了,美观、方便,寓教于乐等多种要求。在设计上探索了严寒地区中学校园内教学楼、间操广场、标准训练场、风雨操场,、运动会看台、篮球训练场等功能,在有限场地和复杂竖向上的有机结合。

 

At the same time, in terms of functional organization, corridors are utilized to deeply connect the main classroom space, student activity space, and auxiliary teaching space, increasing the efficiency of campus use in cold regions during winter cold periods. In relatively limited land use, organic combination design of various functions meets multiple requirements such as aesthetics, convenience, and educational entertainment. In terms of design, we have explored the functions of teaching buildings, exercise squares, standard training grounds, wind and rain playgrounds, sports stands, basketball training grounds, etc. in high school campuses in cold regions, and organically combined them with limited space and complex vertical structures.
