技术要求：

1、容重：压重抗浮钢渣混凝土的容重不小于3.0t/m3。

2、强度：标样28天强度不低于20MPa。

3、形态：为可泵送的液态钢渣混凝土。坍落度140~160mm。

4、材料：钢渣混凝土由水泥、钢渣颗粒、铁屑、砂子等配重材料结合而成，适当掺加粉煤灰改善材料的和易性，保证容重。钢渣存放时间1年以上，使用前粉碎，钢渣颗粒的粒径应经过筛分控制，级配合理，最大粒径不超过25mm。

 

Technical requirements:

1. Bulk density: The bulk density of anti floating steel slag concrete under pressure shall not be less than 3.0t/m3.

2. Strength: The 28 day strength of the standard sample shall not be less than 20MPa.

3. Form: It is a pumpable liquid steel slag concrete. The slump is 140~160mm.

4. Material: Steel slag concrete is made by combining weight materials such as cement, steel slag particles, iron filings, sand, etc., and adding fly ash appropriately to improve the workability of the material and ensure bulk density. Steel slag should be stored for more than 1 year and crushed before use. The particle size of steel slag particles should be screened and controlled, with a reasonable grading and a maximum particle size not exceeding 25mm.

钢渣混凝土试配强度：C20 | 容重：3.0t/m3

2、掺和料：II级粉煤灰

3、矿  粉： S95级

4、骨料：钢渣

5、外加剂：减水剂
