防辐射混凝土又称屏蔽混凝土、防射线混凝土。容重较大,对γ射线、X射线或中子辐射具有屏蔽能力,不易被放射线穿透的混凝土。胶凝材料一般采用水化热较低的硅酸盐水泥,或高铝水泥、钡水泥、镁氧水泥等特种水泥。用重晶石、磁铁矿、褐铁矿、废铁块等作骨料。加入含有硼、镉、锂等的物质,可以减弱中子流的穿透强度。常用作铅、钢等昂贵防射线材料的代用品。用于屏蔽X射线、γ射线和中子辐射作用的混凝土。用于原子能反应堆、粒子加速器,以及工业、农业和科研部门的放射性同位素设备的防护。

 

Radiation resistant concrete, also known as shielding concrete or radiation resistant concrete. Concrete with high bulk density, which has shielding ability against gamma rays, X-rays, or neutron radiation and is not easily penetrated by radiation. Cementitious materials generally use Portland cement with low hydration heat, or special cement such as high alumina cement, barium cement, magnesia cement, etc. Use barite, magnetite, limonite, waste iron blocks, etc. as aggregates. Adding substances containing boron, cadmium, lithium, etc. can weaken the penetration intensity of neutron flow. Commonly used as a substitute for expensive radiation resistant materials such as lead and steel. Concrete used for shielding against the effects of X-rays, gamma rays, and neutron radiation. Used for the protection of radioactive isotope equipment in atomic reactors, particle accelerators, as well as industrial, agricultural, and scientific research sectors.

 

技术要求:

1、设计要求:C35重晶石混凝土,容重不小于3.5t/m3。

2、强度:标养28天强度不低于35MPa。

3、形态:为可泵送的流态重晶石混凝土。坍落度140~160mm。

4、材料:重晶石混凝土由水泥、重晶石、重晶砂等材料结合而成,适当掺加粉煤灰改善材料的和易性,保证容重。重晶石颗粒的粒径应经过筛分控制,级配合理,最大粒径不超过25mm。重晶砂级配合理,满足Ⅱ区中砂要求。

 

Technical requirements:

1. Design requirement: C35 barite concrete with a bulk density of not less than 3.5t/m3.

2. Strength: After 28 days of standard curing, the strength should not be less than 35MPa.

3. Form: It is pumpable fluid barite concrete. The slump is 140~160mm.

4. Material: Barite concrete is made by combining cement, barite, barite sand and other materials, and adding fly ash appropriately to improve the workability of the material and ensure bulk density. The particle size of barite should be screened and controlled, with a reasonable grading, and the maximum particle size should not exceed 25mm. The grading of heavy crystal sand is reasonable and meets the requirements of medium sand in Zone II.
