扩散与可变边界的空间Space of Diffuse and Modifiable Limits

在缺乏明确使用功能的前提下，项目的主要挑战在于设计一个能够适应多种用途、并能灵活调整的空间。因此我们构思了一个通用型空间，并将其与上层原有的楼板相连，从而最大化现有建造条件的潜力。通过开口、楼梯和坡道，这一新构筑体与原有建筑实现了巧妙连接，使得空间可以根据不同需求自由扩展或收缩。

In the absence of a defined program, the main challenge was to design a space capable of accommodating different types of uses and adapting easily to them. A versatile space was conceived, connected to a pre-existing slab on the upper floor, maximizing the available construction possibilities. The articulation of this new container with the existing construction is achieved through openings, stairs, and ramps, allowing the space to be expanded or reduced according to needs and preferences.

本项目的核心理念是“工业化的工艺性”，即在可行性与现实经济性的原则下，融合技术解决方案。建筑的外部边界由金属外壳与网状结构共同构成，未来将生长绿植外皮，以提升建筑的热控制能力。内部空间采用白色饰面处理，将新旧建筑构件统一于一个和谐的整体环境中。

The project is based on the concept of industrialized craftsmanship, integrating technical solutions with criteria of feasibility and real economy. The exterior limits are materialized in a metallic skin complemented with a mesh, which will support a green skin in the future to optimize the building’s thermal control. The interior, with a white finish, unifies the new and existing constructive elements, creating a homogeneous environment.

项目选址于一处城市结构已然成熟的区域，周边人流与车流密集。为应对这种动态环境，室内空间设计旨在营造出安静且富有创造力的氛围，从而隔离外部的喧嚣。

The project is strategically located in a consolidated urban fabric, characterized by high pedestrian and vehicular traffic. In response to this dynamic context, an interior was designed that generates an atmosphere of calmness and creativity, isolating the surrounding noises.

当下的空间形式Current Spatial Formats

该空间具备多种功能适应性：展览、产品展示、创意办公、行政办公及对外服务等功能均可兼容。通过帘幕、石膏板隔墙或玻璃隔断等手段，这些功能空间可灵活组合或独立分隔。

The space adapts to various functions: exhibition, product visualization, creative areas, administrative areas, and public attention areas. These spaces are articulated or disconnected through resources such as curtains, gypsum board walls, or glass partitions.

灵活性与配套设施Flexibility and Equipment

空间的灵活性还体现在家具与照明系统上，所有配置都可根据具体需求进行调整或拆卸。

The flexibility of the design also encompasses the furniture and lighting, which can be modified or disassembled according to needs.

开放与可持续的结构Open and Sustainable Structure

本项目基于宽敞、自由的结构体系展开，旨在促进人与气候、环境及活动之间建立新的联系。设计追求直接、功能性强、经济而富有世界性气质，摒弃任何形式或美学上的僵化定义，将实用性与可持续性放在首位。

The proposal is based on a wide and free structure, designed to foster new relationships with the climate, the environment, and human activities. Direct, functional, economic, and cosmopolitan, it moves away from any rigid formal or aesthetic determination, prioritizing utility and sustainability.
