三年前，我们开启了UN的第一段旅程。三年后，我们迎来了它的第三次蜕变。这一次，我们不再追求“设计感”的密度，而是选择以“留白”回应喧嚣，用“简单”表达丰盈。在一个设计被高频表达的时代，每一个空间都在努力展示自己；而我们想做的，是一个“不那么设计”的设计。
Three years ago, we began the first leg of UN’s journey. Three years later, we ushered in its third transformation. This time, we no longer pursue the density of “design sense”, but choose to respond to the clamor with “white space” and express abundance with “simplicity”. In an era where design is expressed with high frequency, every space is trying to show itself; what we want to do is a “not-so-designed” design.

像生活那样工作Work Like Living
我们重新定义了办公空间的意义。它不再是一个完成任务的场所，而是一个与自我、与彼此、与自然产生联结的地方。我们将生活的元素引入空间之中；
We have redefined the meaning of office space. It is no longer a place to get things done, but a place to connect with self, with each other, and with nature.We bring elements of life into the space;

音乐在空气中流动，咖啡的香气从操作台慢慢溢出。角落里有画展，有座椅，有一个可以随时切换成调酒台的美食区。这里不止于“办公”，更像是一个可以居住、放松、对话的场所。
Music flows through the air and the aroma of coffee slowly overflows from the console. In the corner, there is a painting exhibition, seating, and a food area that can be switched to a bartender at any time.This is not just an “office”, but a place to live, relax and have conversations.

我们打通了内外之间的界限，让庭院的光与风成为日常的一部分，自然成为团队节奏的一种参与者。灵感不再是需要“切换”状态才能生成的，它可能在走神的一瞬闪现，也可能在一次偶遇中悄然出现。这里，是一个“欢迎发呆”的空间。
We have bridged the boundaries between inside and outside, allowing the light and wind of the courtyard to become part of the daily routine and a natural participant in the team’s rhythm. Inspiration no longer needs to be “switched” in order to be generated, it may flash in a moment of distraction, or quietly appear in a chance encounter.This is a space where you are welcome to be silly.

我们不把效率当作唯一的衡量标准，也不将工作与生活分隔为非此即彼。它可以是对话发生的地方，也可以是独处沉淀的角落；把工作，放进生活里。
We don’t think of efficiency as the only measure, nor do we segregate work and life as either/or. It can be a place where conversations happen, or a corner where solitude settles in; Put work, put life into it.

回归本质的设计语言The Less We Add, The More It Becomes
我们以白色为空间的主色调，搭配温润木饰面，使用金属模块强化结构感，在材质对比中寻找克制之美。无需繁复装饰，只保留那些最能打动人的真实与纯粹。
We use white as the main color of the space, with warm wood finishes, using metal modules to strengthen the sense of structure, and finding the beauty of restraint in the contrast of materials.There is no need for elaborate decorations, but only to retain the truth and purity that can move people the most.

在风格之间自由游走——是混搭，但并不杂乱，是共生，却保有边界。中古家具、金属模块、粗粝石材、透明亚克力与柔软织物并置，每一件家具、每一盏灯，每一块地毯，都是性格的组成部分，也是一段设计叙事的注脚。用“家具”去讲述空间的个性，而非单一风格去统一一切。

Wandering freely between styles – it’s a mix and match, but not cluttered, it’s symbiotic, but retains boundaries. The juxtaposition of antique furniture, metal modules, coarse stone, transparent acrylic and soft fabrics, each piece of furniture, each lamp, each piece of carpet, are all part of the character, but also a footnote to the design narrative. Furniture” is used to tell the personality of the space, rather than a single style to unify everything.

景观成为一种更柔性的延展。我们保留院子的自然生长状态，不过度修饰，而是让绿意自由穿梭于窗与光之间。每一个转角，都可能是不经意的灵感入口。
Landscape becomes a more flexible extension. We retain the natural growth state of the yard, not overly modified, but allowing the greenery to freely travel between the windows and the light.Every corner may be an unintended entrance of inspiration.

从“对话”开始，而非“草图”Dialogue Before Drawing
UN的设计从来不是从图纸开始，而是从一次次对话中生长出来。我们始终相信，设计不是对使用者进行“控制”，而是一种邀请——邀请自然进来，邀请生活进来，也邀请变化进来。
UN’s design never starts with a drawing, but grows from one conversation to the next.We have always believed that design is not about “controlling” the user, but about inviting – inviting nature in, inviting life in, and inviting change in.

开放式的平面布局鼓励自由流动与偶遇，灵活的空间设置让每一位成员都能根据自己所需调整节奏。我们选用可持续材料、节能照明系统，践行低碳办公理念，用行动回应“与自然共生”的承诺。
The open floor plan encourages free flow and chance encounters, and the flexible spatial settings allow each member of the team to adjust their rhythm according to their own needs. We use sustainable materials and energy-saving lighting systems, practicing low-carbon office concepts and responding to our commitment to “coexisting with nature” through our actions.

这是一次空间的回归，也是一种生活方式的重申。它不是展示，而是对真实的坚持；不是刻意的“设计”，而是对于生活本质的温柔回应。欢迎来到我们的新办公室，在这里，办公的模样，不止一种。
This is a return to space and a reaffirmation of lifestyle. It is not a display, but an insistence on authenticity; not a deliberate “design”, but a gentle response to the essence of life. Welcome to our new office, where there is more than one way to work.
