位于里斯本最繁忙街道之一的黄金街，因其严格遵循蓬巴尔下城区保护详规而闻名，并点缀着一座座标志性建筑，在典型的蓬巴尔式建筑中独树一帜。其中一例便是如今Art Legacy酒店所在的建筑——一栋建于1920年代、地处黄金地段的原始美术学院派（Beaux-Arts）风格建筑。

Rua do Ouro, one of the busiest streets in Lisbon, stands out for its strict adherence to the Plano de Pormenor de Salvaguarda da Baixa Pombalina, punctuated by iconic and unique buildings that stand out from the typical Pombaline buildings. This is the case of the building where the Hotel Art Legacy now stands – an original 1920s Beaux Arts-style building in a privileged location.

由建筑师Luís Rebelo de Andrade领导的 R A\ 事务所承担了该项目的建筑与室内设计工作，旨在修复建筑最初的设计，致力于提升与保护当时的建筑遗产。这一努力体现在多个方面：恢复一层立面上拱形开口；运用当时现代材料，如玻璃与铁；在自然主义风格下雕刻出极具写实感的浅浮雕；以及采用金属屋顶——本案中为坡顶阁楼层（mansard floor）。

The architecture and interior design project, carried out by R A\\ studio of architect Luís Rebelo de Andrade, seeks to restore the building’s original design, in an effort to enhance and safeguard the architectural heritage of the time, both by restoring the arched openings inthe facade on the ground floor, by using modern materials of the time such as glass and iron, by naturalistic bas-reliefs of great realism and also by using metal roofing – in this case the mansard floor.

这家五星级酒店共设有53间客房。一层为接待区、大堂、酒吧及餐厅，并与街道直接连通；楼上为标准客房，而在坡顶阁楼层则设有带露台的套房，可俯瞰城市美景。

This five-star hotel is composed by 53 rooms. On the ground floor you will find the public areas such as the reception, lounge area, barand restaurant with a direct connection to the street. On the upper floors, are the bedrooms and, on the mansard floor, the suites with their terraces and privileged views over the city.

R A\\ was responsible for the interior design of the five-star Art Legacy Hotel, located at Rua do Ouro, also known as Rua Áurea – and nothing less could be expected than a renovation that would enhance it.This project is a renovation of a historic office building, where R A\\ was not only responsible for the interior design but also for redesigning the façade, transforming it into the Art Legacy Hotel.

In the words of architect Luís Rebelo de Andrade himself, hospitality is always a matter of image and stories. One of the goals of the Atelier was for each guest, upon entering the hotel, to have a completely unexpected experience. Thus, in a blend of modernity and classical references, R A\\ chose the Moooi brand that suited the studio’s approach to designing the hotel interiors.

Each room at the Art Legacy Hotel features a color scheme: blue, red, yellow, or green, with matching wall coverings, furniture, and tiles. This choice was made because these are colors that provoke, which contributes to the initial idea of making this space impactful for the guest.
