项目背景

项目位于上海市黄浦区金陵中路88号, 始建于1930年,2004年移位并扩建。 这幢由中国第一代建筑师范文照、赵琛设计的建筑作品,是上海市现存为数不多的由中国建筑师设计的欧洲古典主义风格的剧场建筑,在中国近代建筑史上具有重要的地位。是上海市中心城区著名地标性建筑。建筑北与人民广场隔路相望,东与举世闻名的大世界为邻,它和国际饭店、市府大厦、上海博物馆共同位于上海市中心城区中轴线上展现上海历史风貌。

 

Project background

The project is located at No. 88, Jinling Middle Road, Huangpu District, Shanghai. It was founded in 1930 and moved and expanded in 2004. This architectural work designed by Wenzhao and Zhao Chen, the first generation of architectural teachers in China, is one of the few existing theater buildings in the European classical style designed by Chinese architects in Shanghai, and plays an important role in the history of modern Chinese architecture. It is a famous landmark in the downtown area of Shanghai. The building is across the road from the people's Square in the north and adjacent to the world-famous world in the East. Together with the international hotel, the municipal government building and the Shanghai Museum, it is located on the central axis of the central urban area of Shanghai to show the historical features of Shanghai.

 

由于上海音乐厅长期的满负荷运转,使得建筑各种配套设施都有不同程度的损伤,已严重影响了场馆的正常排演;自然老化等原因导致建筑外立面污损,更影响了上海音乐厅的对外形象乃至上海中心城区的城市面貌。本次进行全面修缮。

修缮目标和重点

文保区域“修旧如旧”,坚持最小干预,不改变文物原状,保持其原式样、原结构、原材料和原工艺,以“保护为主、抢救第一、合理利用、加强管理”的文物保护原则为指导思想,以修复文物保护建筑的原貌、提升老剧场安全的合规性为主要修缮方向。

 

Repair objectives and priorities

The cultural relics protection area "repairs the old as it is", adheres to the minimum intervention, does not change the original state of the cultural relics, maintains its original style, original structure, raw materials and original technology, takes the cultural relics protection principle of "protection first, rescue first, rational utilization and strengthening management" as the guiding ideology, and takes repairing the original appearance of the cultural relics protection building and improving the safety compliance of the old theater as the main repair direction.

 

非文保区域“重新装饰装修”。重新梳理流线、优化消防,整合小厅、辅助用房、地下室的功能布局,以提升演出及配套的专业性、提升空间使用的有效合理性为主要修缮方向。

 

"Redecoration" of non cultural protection areas. Reorganize the streamline, optimize the fire control, and integrate the functional layout of the small hall, auxiliary room, and basement, with the main repair direction of improving the professionalism of the performance and supporting facilities, and improving the effective and reasonable use of space.

▌平面设计

为满足现行防火规范要求,小厅面积严格控制在400平方米以内,采用矩形平面,座椅采用推拉座椅,做了6个模块化设计,更好地适用不同场景的使用需求。

In order to meet the requirements of the current fire protection code, the area of the small hall is strictly controlled within 400 square meters, the rectangular plane is adopted, and the seats are push-pull seats. Six modular designs are made to better meet the use needs of different scenes.

 

▌剖面设计

修缮前由于隔音工程未做到位,造成一层大剧场与地下小厅之间串音严重,两厅无法同时使用,本次修缮在两厅之间增设土建隔声板,彻底解决了大小厅之间的隔声问题,未来可增加100多场演出。

 

▌ profile design

Before the repair, the sound insulation project was not done in place, resulting in serious crosstalk between the Grand Theater on the first floor and the underground small hall, and the two halls cannot be used at the same time. In this repair, a civil sound insulation board was added between the two halls, which completely solved the sound insulation problem between the large and small halls, and more than 100 performances can be added in the future.

 

 

▌声学装修设计

本次修缮经消防局同意,保留了地面木地板装修材料,满足音乐厅使用需求,并有利声学。建声环境以扩散为主,墙面采用50厚GRG隔声墙体系统,根据建声要求,GRG构造(面密度要求≥50kg/㎡)上部做扩散机理:0~50mm凸起装饰花纹,错落有致。设计中采用音乐厅装饰“四叶草”这一图案,并将这一元素结合美学、声学设计,演化为墙面独特的花纹设计。同时在侧墙及后墙面布置可调节吸声帘幕来增加吸声量进而调整混响时间,建成后的小厅打造为以小型室内乐、MIDI电声等多种演出形式,在风格上与大厅的古典主义遥相呼应。

 

▌ acoustic decoration design

With the consent of the fire department, the renovation retains the wood floor decoration materials on the ground to meet the use needs of the concert hall and facilitate acoustics. The building sound environment is dominated by diffusion, and the 50 thick GRG sound insulation wall system is used on the wall. According to the building sound requirements, the upper part of GRG structure (area density requirement ≥ 50kg/ ㎡) is made of diffusion mechanism: 0~50mm raised decorative patterns, scattered. The design adopts the pattern of "four leaf clover" decorated in the concert hall, and combines this element with aesthetic and acoustic design to evolve into a unique pattern design on the wall. At the same time, an adjustable sound-absorbing curtain is arranged on the side wall and the back wall to increase the sound absorption and then adjust the reverberation time. After the completion, the small hall is built into a variety of performance forms such as small chamber music and MIDI electroacoustics, which echoes the classicism of the hall in style.

 

 

▌灯光设计

根据GRG声学墙面的特殊造型,墙面灯光采用侧墙下照洗墙手法,突出墙面凹凸的肌理质感,强化空间的层次及感受。

According to the special shape of GRG acoustic wall, the wall lighting adopts the method of lighting and washing the wall under the side wall, highlighting the concave convex texture of the wall, and strengthening the level and feeling of space.

 

 

 

▌机电隔声

对有较高声学要求的小厅设置全空气系统,为其单独设置空调机房及排风机房,以减少设备噪音对其的影响。
