厦门轨交2号线马奎中心站是由中交一公局集团厦门公司承建,是东南地区最大的地下三层岛式车站。
Makui central station of Xiamen Rail Transit Line 2 is constructed by Xiamen Company of CCCC first highway group. It is the largest underground three storey Island Station in Southeast China.

Update every day, and the histogram and line chart will be updated accordingly. It effectively reflects the changes of personnel in the construction process and provides strong support for the construction progress and personnel scheduling.


专家们耗尽心血,最终用BIM技术形成了设计三维模型,这已是国内地铁建设史上的一次突破。之后,在施工阶段,专家们还要将设计模型转换为施工三维模型,24个车站分批次完成,每批次大约要花上68天。

施工阶段,BIM的技术运用就更加具象了。比如,施工单位每天干什么活,由谁来干,都可以通过BIM应用管理平台来派发作业单,并由施工单位把人员信息、设备信息与模型进行关联,甚至还能和门禁系统关联。

“谁进入现场都可以显示出来,避免施工人员扎堆,也便于人员管理。”魏锦地说,每人完成的工作量都可以关联到车站模型中,达到施工进度可视化,帮助施工单位合理安排工期。再比如,地铁建设中使用的是临时电力设施,就存在临时设施和正式的设施交叉设置的问题,“如果没有BIM技术,临时设施只能做一段拆一段,而BIM技术运用后,就可以标注临时设施位置,等工程全部完成后再统一拆除。”

"If there is no BIM Technology, temporary facilities can only be demolished one section at a time, and after the application of BIM Technology, the location of temporary facilities can be marked, and then demolished uniformly after the project is completed."
在魏锦地看来,BIM技术的运用不仅可实现标准化施工,提升施工安全性,还可以减少材料浪费。未来,若熟练运用BIM技术,将可以缩短20%左右的施工工期。
In Wei Jindi's view, the application of BIM Technology can not only realize standardized construction, improve construction safety, but also reduce material waste. In the future, if BIM Technology is skillfully used, the construction period can be shortened by about 20%.
