华润时代广场始建于1993年，位于上海浦东陆家嘴商圈核心地段，开业20年来承载了上海一代人对商场的记忆。2017年时代广场启动全馆改造，作为改造项目，项目的认知成本相对新项目较低，但是对设计的挑战却更大。面对如今陆家嘴商圈众多的商业竞争者，改造后的时代广场精准定位为女性精致生活，建筑、室内和景观设计均以此作为设计切入点。

China Resources Times Square was built in 1993, located in the heart of Lujiazui business District in Pudong, Shanghai. It has carried the memory of a generation of shopping malls in Shanghai since its opening 20 years ago. In 2017, Times Square started the renovation of the whole museum. As a renovation project, the cognitive cost of the project is lower than that of the new project, but the design challenge is greater. In the face of numerous commercial competitors in the Lujiazui business district, the renovated Times Square is precisely positioned for the exquisite life of women. The architecture, interior and landscape design all take this as the design entry point.

华润时代广场以“剧院”为设计灵感，打造小而美的精致型商业体，建筑设计不仅在外立面的形态上获取剧院的美学灵感，也在艺术、生活与商业的结合方面与剧院的仪式感、艺术感、精致感等特性达成神韵上的共鸣。景观延续建筑外立面营造的剧院氛围，与光影相结合营造舞台聚光灯的景观空间，让到访者在抵达场地的那一刻感受到剧院的幕布在面前缓缓掀开，无论你是舞台上的演员，还是座席上的观众，在聚光灯下都成为剧院的主角。

China Resources Times Square takes "theatre" as the design inspiration to create a small but beautiful and delicate commercial body. The architectural design not only obtains the aesthetic inspiration of the theatre from the form of the facade, but also achieves a charm resonance with the ceremonial sense, artistic sense and exquisite sense of the theatre in the combination of art, life and business. The landscape continues the theatre atmosphere created by the facade of the building, and combines light and shadow to create the landscape space of the stage spotlight, so that visitors can feel the curtain of the theater slowly lifted in front of them at the moment they arrive at the venue. No matter you are an actor on the stage or an audience on the seat, you will become the protagonist of the theater under the spotlight.

景观利用场地高差的特色营造出雅致的漂浮感，使整个建筑被景观轻轻托起。漂浮的景观犹如舞台，让行人从踏入的第一步开始就沉浸在剧院的氛围中。解决场地高差的同时，有效地将原有的市政通风口和人行通道出入口隐藏在漂浮的边界下。

The landscape uses the characteristics of the site height difference to create an elegant sense of floating, so that the whole building is gently lifted by the landscape. The floating landscape is like a stage, allowing pedestrians to immerse themselves in the atmosphere of the theater from the first step. While resolving the height difference of the site, the existing municipal vent and pedestrian access are effectively hidden under the floating boundary.

聚光灯的概念被引入景观的铺装与灯光设计。铺装运用线条的重叠与组合，形成光与影，散落于场地，商场入口区域利用材料肌理变化营造光晕的效果。黑白灰三种颜色的铺装随着入口方向不同，交错延伸排布，对行人行走路线起到引导作用。圆形的铺装图案，犹如聚光灯打下的光晕。越靠近商场入口的地方铺装颜色越浅，正如幕帘拉开，聚光灯沿帷幔射出的第一束光。

The concept of spotlights was introduced into the paving and lighting design of the landscape. Paving uses the overlap and combination of lines to form light and shadow, which are scattered on the site. The change of material texture in the entrance area of the mall creates the effect of halo. The pavement of three colors, black, white and gray, extends and arranges in different directions at the entrance to guide the walking route of pedestrians. The circular paving pattern is like the halo of spotlights. The nearer the entrance to the mall the lighter the paving, like the first beam of light from a spotlight as the curtain pulls back.

晚间，两侧的商业主入口如同两个秀场与室内剧场相连接，吸引人的目光。仿真实聚光灯灯效的照明与互动浸入式照明将在主入口广场呈现。广场上呈现的一个个光圈在傍晚与铺装交相辉映。人们身处在光晕中，就像置身于舞台的光环下。

In the evening, the main commercial entrance on both sides is like two shows connected with the indoor theater, attracting people's attention. Authentic spotlight-like lighting and interactive immersion lighting will be presented in the main entrance plaza. The square presents a series of rings of light that complement the pavement in the evening. People are in the halo, as if they are in the halo of the stage.

屋顶延续地面层的概念，形成一个露天的舞台，使这场景观的演出在最高点划上一个完美的句号。整个屋顶依然以圆形为主，用曲线将有限的空间分割成不同的功能，来满足不同人群的使用。一整面墙的半圆形木质退台座椅是整个屋顶最大的亮点，实木的座椅面与金属的侧板的结合，让不同性质的材料在使用舒适的情况下又体现了现代感。圆形的的树池完美的遮挡了所有的转角，使得屋顶的活动更加安全，丰富了人的活动流线，同时满足了VIP室外花园的私密需求和餐饮的休闲需求。

The roof continues the concept of the ground floor and forms an open-air stage, bringing the performance of the landscape to a perfect end at its highest point. The whole roof is still mainly circular, using curves to divide the limited space into different functions to meet the needs of different groups of people. A whole wall of semi-circular wooden retreating seats is the biggest highlight of the whole roof. The combination of solid wood seating surfaces and metal side panels makes different materials feel modern while using comfortably. The circular tree pool perfectly blocks all corners, making activities on the roof safer and enriching the flow of people's activities. At the same time, it satisfies the private needs of VIP outdoor garden and the leisure needs of catering.

办公楼延续聚光灯的概念，用简洁现代的造型和细节处理整合车行动线。水景中心区为动态的波动水，外圈则为静止的镜水面，动静相宜，波光不断。

The office building continues the concept of spotlight, integrating car lines with simple modern styling and detailing. The central area of the waterscape is the dynamic wave water, and the outer ring is the static mirror water, which is suitable for dynamic and static, and the wave and light are constant.
